Having experience of Avesoro(Aureus), which went through dilution after dilution, for a company at exploration having a strong balance sheet could'nt be stressed more.

That is why omi investors(Private) can feel comfortable that newmont is in bed with omi and will be covered until they hit production stage or bought out before then.
