Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Agree, Tiburn
My only saving grace is i didnt put all eggs in the copl basket.
As the wise people if you learn from supposed failure you havent failed.
Just becomes something happens does not make it moral or even legal
Robbing the masses is nothing new.
The Fed and bank of england and the governments have a history.
Inflation is what the centrall banks use to destroy wealth of the masses. The roman emperros engaged in coin clipping to rob the masses. the modern day equivalent is bank of england and other central banks printing money in billions, causing inflation and, as a result devaluing the pound in our pocket, the banks committing daylight fraud through fractional reserve lending. If we did that we would be imprisoned for counterfieting
INFLATION IS A HIDDEN TAX THAT IS FAR WORSE THAN ANY TAXES EVER INTRODUCED.
An ounce of gold cost 35 dollars in 1944 . Now its 2044 per ounce. there are always 2 sided of the coin. The other side is through inflation the wealthy get wealthier as the price of assets go up.
Copl has taught me a few harsh lessons
Just because the men running the show are in suits and not hoodies does not mean they wont scam you.
Was production but Art kept diverting us towards acquistions and new finds.
In the end no in house growth left us at the mercy of JV partner and lender... and both walked.
This inept board had 3 full years to sort out production and finance.
Doesnt make sense. why would bond holders lend money if company is going downhill?
If we can get to producing 2000 bopd by end of december it will at least show we are going in the right direction. There have been too many false dawn in recent years.
If Art was as good at managing operations as building up assets over the last 3 years copl would have been self financing and shares in issue would have been no more than 60 million.
$12m and $13m bonds. I assume they will be gobbled up in first 6 months if production goes to plan.
4.50 hit on google
2.99 google
nearly cracked, Pana
Not getting excited until that b***y new system starts working
I remember that move, Shaa
This time we have real assets.
Only issues are extraction and financing
Agree, Dr Remington its potentially HUGE
even if off-take price per ton is only 6$60.
We have 1.4 billion tons
Well, at least the bondholders are confident about the future
Art could have concluded both an RBL and JV in the last quarter but kept pushing for better terms.
Miscible flooding instead of increasing production sent it the other way.
He has driven himself into a corner with continuous can kicking while playing " jam tomorrow" with the investors.
The guy who nearly fell off his chair may now well be kicked off his perch.
Its not as if breaching covenants suddenly came out of the blue, it had been building up for months.
He still has time if he can use a bit of nouse and show humility.
Maybe get rid of Art and get in a reputable guy that the Rbl/JV guys and comfortable dealing with
Maybe we now know why the narket always looked at Art and not the assets
Imagine if we can double production over the next few months a vast like sp multibag is not out of question.
GLA
hahah, wwal or even better dont tell them nowt
Gone.
Art playing to form
