I would rather there was no dividend. This is meant to be a growth stock and it should be full of new business ideas that are all competing for its own cash. A dividend at this stage smacks of self interest or maybe just a lack of ambition. I am sure neither is the case but I would rather see the money invested. But with the move in sp today, what do I know? GLA GS

The only spread I am worried about is the one that will happen in direct consequence of my eating a walnut and pecan tart and finishing the frangipani and something tart that Mrs Smiley picked the best bits out of and then left. B;**dy delicious. Just like armies, investors should march on their stomachs. GS

I think we already know the results will be good and that there will be a dividend hike. What we are all hoping for is some comment on current trading, because if Q1 of this year has carried on from where Q4 of last apparently left off, then the sp should really kick on. GLA GS

Looks very much like the 800,000 we say move late last week. However if the upward sp move continues (fingers crossed) I can't imaging the rest of Callie's holding will last very long. GS

Looks like an ii buying - and likely from Caledonian (which is very good). Interesting to see if it takes anyone over the level at which they have to declare their holding and causes another RNS ref Callie's reduced stake (down about 10% presumably). We should see tomorrow. GS

Very happy to be in here and at my cost well worth it just for the yield. It has been a little wait, but one would hope market sentiment would begin to outweigh the Caledonian overhang VGLA GS

Another 2.5% of Caledonian's holding has now gone (134k shares). At least they are selling "responsibly"....

Anyone remember the "Press Speculation" RNS on 10th Feb? Just wondering if we are about to see an announcement of a successful acquisition. On the basis of the numbers released then it would be earnings enhancing from day 1. GLA GS

It would be nice, but there is a huge share overhang that may take month to clear. I suspect it will be underrated until that is gone/reduced/not up for sale. Which does not mean the sp will stay where it is - just that we won't see dizzy p/e's for a while yet. GLA GS

JP - Suspect you are right. I seem to remember that some investors possibly knew more than was public knowledge last time, so this may be a good sign. If it carries on, it might make sense to start thinking about stops, especially if you bought in or topped up in the 40's. Doubt we will see a special dividend though - their divi policy is pretty clear (and generous) and if they expect to beat market expectations then it may be a pleasant surprise. This is a high fixed cost business so margin tends to flow to the bottom of the page. Better than expected revenue will produce much better than expected distributable profit. GLA GS

Great write up in SCSW as well. Came through Christmas really well and seem to be doing most things right at present. Room for some good growth this year I would hope. GLA GS

Volatile is not the right word. The RNS could have been better worded but imo it was just widely misunderstood. Panicky pi's read the first half of the release and sold (or were stopped out). The mm's will have been delighted to pick up stock as they will certainly have buy orders from ii's at these levels. I have no doubt we will see a couple of RNS over the next few days as ii's notify the company that they have increased their holdings. That there were 2 directors ready and waiting to buy shares helped the rebound and was nice and certainly helped. I have been in this share since 2013 and while I would have liked more (wouldn't we all) I have no regrets as I think there is a lot more to come (you can read that in the second half of the RNS today. Well done anyone who topped up in the 190's. A nice quick turn if nothing else. Also an object lesson in not listening to any of the AIM cliche's. This is just a well managed business with good growth prospects and good LONG TERM institutional support. It is in my SIPP. The turn is about to spent on holiday... :-) There won't be fireworks here, but the revenues are recurring in nature and as they build the margin improves as the cost base is spread more widely. GS

Unlike a number of posters he takes a long view. There was nothing wrong in the RNS, the future looking statement is very positive and I suspect Woodford will add unless he is up against some internal risk assessment limit of size or value of stake. GS

Hi Rivaldo Have not seen your posts for a while. Thank you for this update - very useful. What you say fits with something I heard where XLM was mentioned in a slightly different context. The conversation was about whether organic search was dead and someone who specialised in search held XLM up as an example of a business that is very good at "recycling" content. He said their CMS (went live late last year) was as good as anything he had ever seen at taking existing content and rearranging and retagging it repeatedly so that one "content investment" could be used multiple times. That makes quality content cheaper and more sites more attractive. I suspect we are beginning to see the benefits come through. GL GS
