The good news is that her indoors went to SCS in Bristol today. Even better, she bought something. And if I wanted suite for my daughter's new flat (well I do really) I would have been over the moon. But the bad news is that the purchase was not a reclining sofa with drinks fridge armrests etc. Seriously - she said the store was busy, the service was good and the assistant she spoke to said that trade had been good. Fwiw. GS

I must be pretty thick, but for the life of me I cannot see why a Grexit should be bad news here. It may even drive more Greeks to gamble online, where there is at least some chance of winning..... Nevertheless we may well see the sp slip to very low 50's and yet t the same time everything seems to point to XLM being oversold. So I will be topping up whenever the opportunity presents itself. Agreed it is weak. I also cannot see why there are no numbers regarding Namib (in terms of NPV). At the presentation on 9th the CEO explained this away by saying there was no point until the date of license grant was known. He then overran so there was time for only one question (asked by the organiser). This of course is BS. It would be only too easy to do an NPV based on a clearly stated assumed licensing date. If the date changes, it is very easy to rework the NPV. But I think the CEO is an unimpressive beancounter and the only reason I am still in here is because there was - from the AGM presentation - "A very positive visit" (by the minister of mines). Had it not been positive I think they could not have said that. This investment is binary. With a license it will multibag as there is virtually no mining risk and Namibia is politically stable. Without the license it is just a hole in the ground. Chances of a license have to be better than 50:50 otherwise the minister would not have bothered to visit at all. GLA GS

Topped up again today - the sp usually strengthens in the run up to results. And I just love the dividend - this share is a cash cow. GS

Having seen him in action (9th June) our CEO is not a PR type of guy. However I suspect he is a good i dotter, t crosser , which is what is needed to get the licence done. That is all we need here. GLA GS

Interesting - not a flicker of interest in terms of sp. You would imagine that the minister and a large entourage would not waste their time visiting no hopers and despite my concerns ref the SEO this will multibag if the license is granted. Good also to see a commitment to allowing existing shareholders take part in any equity funding. ii placings are generally robbery. GLA GS

To be fair, in the last three months the sp has fallen from .725 to .525. So technically he is over half way there. GS

I know that opening with "I am not a holder here but..." is generally a preface to a de-ramp. This is not intended as such. I am interested in the business model here which I think looks v. clever. However, this seems to me to be a business of two halves. An agency business that makes a lot of money and a software development business that spends (even more). That is why there is persistent cash outflow. If that does not stop, then RSTR will run out of cash (again). As I can see nothing about the development spend maturing in statements the company makes, can anyone explain to me why that should not happen? Thanks GS

as to why this share is so unpopular. One would have thought that with the: - comments made about it by Woodford - positive writeups in SCSW, and - recent director purchases this share would be flying by now. I just wish I was richer and could buy more than I have, because this is loking increasingly like a bargain long term hold. GS

that reacted so badly to good news. If I had room I would buy more. There is an almost inevitable dividend increase coming, the company is growing, profitable AND throwing off cash. What is not to like? GS

That is a pretty fair summary - certainly bears out what I saw/heard. I am long in vast which is why I was there on Tuesday but was delighted to see NRRP there as well. I like miners that try to take over existing assets - there are so many fewer unknown unknowns since the geology is known and (at least some) plant is in place. I am afraid my reservation was the CEO. I just felt that - especially for an ex finance guy - he was weak in terms of his grasp of the numbers and his style was uncertain. I am not surprised he is not on the BOD yet. That was just my impression and I would love to hear what others thought, because if he can pull off the license and manage Namib, this share ought to really shift. GS
