They have the resources. They've been interviewing people. They may just have higher priorities.

I really doubt that: YLF have been clear about their expectations; that sum will be set aside; YLF will wait until the SFO make a statement or waste their punters money. ..........and the BoD made some VERY unambiguous statements at the AGM, with our own QC nodding in agreement. No worries over here...business as usual

1. Because they are....well...laughable: take a look at their track record. It's all in the public domain 2. Because YLF are just bitter because of lost commercial contracts....all of this noise is just free advertising for them. Good luck to them.

Silly Billy. SGH agreed the escrow: that's the limit of what they can claim. If they need more, they have an even bigger problem to replace the 70 lawyers they will have to fire for having done such awful due diligence for 4 months lol As for the NIHL revenues: If you were at the EGM, then you know exactly what the reality is.... Morning HH. He's worn out fear, doubt, concern, worry, nervous. He'll need to step up now and use something a little more threatening or intimidating. The only problems with that are:- a. I FEAR that you're right....we're in an endless spiral into despair and floundering in an ocean of doubt and worry... My biggest fear is that I'm been too damn greedy expecting that order to fill. The reason I've done it is simple:- I've seen so many games with this over the last year, that anything is possible. After suspension I put in a ridiculously low order and HL filled it BELOW by limit price! If this one doesnt fill, I've a slab of funds which I'm holding in cash in my SIPP for the days after the capital return.... Happy Friday to most of you ;-)

Its time to relax if possible until the day of the EGM. What will you do if we drop to 90p, 80p, 70p, 60p? Personally I will be adding. Remember: 90p and free shares come December. I sincerely believe this is now all market games. Is there any BAD news? As of this moment NO. Categorically....because if there was anything sufficiently bad it would be notifiable. As of this moment.....I'm a happy bunny.
