Hmmm.... I really don't think anyone in the SGH camp ( investors or otherwise) had what you call a heads-up. It'll be interesting to see how SGH respond to this 'put up or shut up RNS. I really like the underlying aggression of the stance WTG are taking.

@ClarkG : one day the truth will come out about all of this. I'm not yet convinced either way about some of the events but there is a VAST archive of data that was collected by a group of shareholders during the height of the storm. At some point, once legacy issues have been formally resolved, I think there will be some interesting reading. Good luck to you....and everyone else.

I was away for a long golf weekend when the RNS came out and so have had an opportunity to mull it over as well as exchange views with a number of other shareholders. On balance my view is:- - This is a huge bonus and one which hurts my sensitive thin skin as a frustrated PI. Then I put on my sensible hat. - Indro gave up a perfectly good career to take on the utter mess that was Quindell and all the associated baggage. I don't imagine there was a long line of candidates willing to put their necks on the line..... - We're all entitled to our opinions: you know what mine is about the restructure and progress thus far - Until SGH & SFO legacy issues are resolved I don't see any other option regarding a rerate - Would I like the SP to be double what it is? Stupid question.

I'm expecting another one within a week which shows further II holdings increases. If it were not so exasperating it would almost be chuckle-worthy.

I do have balls, yes. And very productive they are too :-) Personally I'm disappointed that WTG will be broken up, however, we're yet to see when it for how much and all I'm interested in is my eventual exit value. We currently have a team who extracted £652m from SGH for the PSD.....lets reserve judgement until we see an eventual offer. If none comes, then the businesses will continue into profitability and provide a return nevertheless. Painfully slow....but it is what it is.

@noddingdonkey: perhaps your bitterness comes from your posting history...once indicating £6+.... I suspect ulterior motives.
