On the face of it and based on everything we (think we) know: I completely agree. For me there remain two possible options:- - Something may have come to light which was not immediately obvious (unlikely) - A bitter and twisted former employee with an axe to grind has come forward with something (agan unlikely) On balance I remain comfortable with the way things stand, despite being frustrated at the time it has taken (and will continue to take) to be resolved. Unless of course something comes from left-field once again.

I agree...its very deliberate. The company sold a huge organisation and mountains of papers went with it. Not everything could realistically be copied/archived/ retained. WTG made it clear that the SFO would have to ask SGH for some files. That's direct feedback from the company. Mr view is that SGH could very well now be b.s. ked into a corner...but I guess we'll see.

The SFO have no choice but to contact SGH: they were told to by WTG who no longer have access to all documents that were part of the PSD sale. SGH are now playing a dangerous (desperate) game.

Now in declared II hands. It'll be interesting to see what happens when news breaks as the free float is getting smaller. I guess its reasonable to assume these significant investors have done their DD on SGH/SFO and are making decisions based on that.

Its just a trade from earlier in the day that was only reported at that time....all very distorting and not new.

This is a regular and ongoing occurrance: late reporting of trades, especially when there is significant activity. Sometimes it can be 24hrs late (there was one last week which I seem to recall was in excess of £200k...you can find them by scrolling back easily enough). Apart from ones which appear between 5-6pm, it's also worth checking after 7.45am and before the open.

I'm sure the investors in Rivington Street Holdings may recall some of TW@s errors lol. And ask KPMG about the fraud...was it £100k Or £200k which they highlighted?

It was supposed to be £10k but for some reason I couldnt get a quote on HL so I tried half.....then I was being shouted at to tee off and had to get on with it. Let's see what next week brings.....and after hours of course.

It was utterly untrue about switching the lights off at Christmas. I base this on a similar accusation that a former (bitter) employee made which I subsequently verified.

The claim is nothing to do with alleged historic questions. Whether he is or isnt still there is irrelevant to the specifics of this claim as far as I can see. I'm like you AEM : bring it on.
