Nice idea...I can't imagine those who have invested over the intervening years in support of the business, or those who held during the same period, would agree.

It's not the company's fault that this situation arose. It was always presented as their 'intention' to do what was published.

Regardless, the courts will decide, not us.

At 215p I'd be extremely happy. Above that would be 'more than acceptable', however I realise that many may never recover losses.

Interim Results showed Cash (Aug 30) £37.9m (82.4p/share)
Sale of Healthcare for £22.3m (48.5p/share)
Escrow release £39m (84.8p/share)

So around £2.16 /share in CASH.

Plus the eventual sale value of the remaining business.

My view is: I'm assuming a further court application to do the CR, which may still not be approved due to the ongoing SFO case.

The company may decide instead to hold the escrow, like the pending Healthcare sale revenues until a 'final sale' happens. At that point a 1-off distribution to SHs would also minimise the costs and maximise the return to us.

There will probably first be an application to the courts to distribute the cash. If (when) approved there will be a cut off date defining who is entitled to the capital return. Same as dividend payments/ex-div dates. Same as last time.

The company is currently worth over £2 just in cash. If you buy shares now,......do the numbers ;-)

The IIs who now own a huge % of shares aren't stoopid....they ran the numbers.

The CR process will almost certainly be the same as last time with an RNS when it's decided.

Healthcare completion will be announced when it's complete. So until then PTH is part of the group.

To be frank...since the change of leadership I've been happy with the changes. It has just taken so bloody long :-(

Very good question And I've been mulling this over for some time.

From memory there are a number of significant price ranges post-consolidation ie as of today's values:-

M&G have been long term and, I believe, their average is in excess of £3 .

I didn't track in detail however there was solid buying around £1.80s

Then again the £1.30s- £1.20s

Then tons over the last year in the 80s-90s.

Given that the latter will already be in profit but know that there is much further to go, I personally don't expect a sell off until after the Capital Return. But given the company strategy and that THE major threat has gone, I can as easily see them holding until a final distribution after comoletexsale of remaining business.

If you held shares at the date of the original CR then you received 90p/share and your remaining shares were consolidate at 10| for 1, leaving a further £1 (10x10p) possible IF THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE FULL ESCROW.

Today that means about 85p assuming the courts approve the payments.

I've added £5k today as this is still not even worth the cash it will have in the bank by Christmas.

Plus the major risk has been PERMANENTLY REMOVED.

If you have 854 shares today, you will get around 85p/share from the escrow announced today.

Plus around 48p from the sale of the Healthcare business

Plus whatever the company eventually receives when they sell the remaining business

Plus whatever assets are left to share out.

£39m = ~85p/share

I'm guessing a court application will have to be made to allow the distribution, as before.

It may not be approved yet due to the ongoing SFO investigation.

They may wait to include it all as a final payment to SHs after the eventual liquidation in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise the return to us.
