During the hour from 13.44 to 14.43 there were 50-60 buys and only 3 sells result share price change from 113:115 to 113:114. Then from 14.44 to 15.09 there were 42 sells (all small, just 3 of 10000) effect price falls to 110:112. Since then 50 buys (5 of 10000 or more) effect 110:113. This does not make any sense to me . Can anyone please help me out.
Should have said..........Only 3 sells totalling just over 30000 since 13.44pm. In the same time around 50 buys totalling around 400,000. Price unchanged. I don't know what you are looking at.

My best wishes to you and your wife. I can totally understand why Avacta's Affimers are important to her future, not to mention a nice few bob as well when they come good.
I count 60+ consecutive buys totalling around 450,000 shares between 8.30am and 8.50 am. The price remained unchanged at 109-110. One 50000 sale and the price immediately fell. Crazy
Checking market transactions today, buys outnumber sells by a huge amount and yet the price has gone through the floor. Can someone please explain this to me. Am I being stupid? Cheers

Totally agree false negatives are a a serious danger. "A doctor who suspects positive can order a PCR test a la Novacyt" So based on guesswork. No thanks
I am only a simple soul and cannot understand why Hargreaves Lansdowne show the ratio of share trades of the most traded shares each day. Nearly every day recently SXX has been around 75% buys to 25% sells (currently 75.12%) and yet the SP continues to fall. Why? Am I being stupid?
Government asked to set aside £500 million guarantee to ensure £2.5 billion commercial funding for the biggest, most ambitious engineering project in the UK for many years, which is currently employing 1000 people in the deprived northeast, utilising local engineering skills, and which will ultimately employ over 4000. A project which is 2 months ahead of schedule and running at nearly twice the expected speed of progress. A project that will produce millions of tons of polyhalite fertiliser which will help to feed the world's poor and undernourished as well as us overfed overweight 1st world fat cats or..........Or spend £80 billion to get from London to Manchester 15 minutes quicker. Nuff said. At least the minister running Northern powerhouse will get there quicker to realise what a f*** up he and his colleagues have perpetrated.
