MEN also have nearly £10m value via ATOM 25% holding. So MEN is valued at just £2m today on a $19m profit - doesn't make any sense!

Total debt amount is holding this back, but this looks like it's being addressed. I have a feeling that MEN will swop some of the ATOM holding to cancel off debt as PL just sold some of his ATOM to the ATOM CEO and this will free up sone room back to max 29.9%. Also feel USA assets will be sold using a debt swop when they agree a deal shortly.

Something happening at ATOM this morning, ( up 6%) so took a few more in MEN to see how this play out!

Set up looking very good - already have far too many of these - let's see what the number look like with Q4 turnover & Profit of Argentina - should be due anytime now...

Looking good for a move higher again today

If 1.40 can be taken out, then MEN should move much higher quite quickly

Next week should be the Q4 turnover /profit as part of the Argentine Bonds requirements, it will interesting to see how these numbers will be viewed by the market!

Hope so, but just feel this rise is down to no free or very limited free stock about, assuming most sellers sold a little while ago, there will be few who sell on the way back up, but there wasn't many who bought theses shares at this low point to sell into!

One relatively good/positive announcement that attract a few new investors and this will fly, then momentum and valuations will kick in and move this even higher.

MEN still has high debt, but that will depend and will be relevant based on announced turnover/profit numbers.

Hopefully, its wake up time - FINALLY!!!

Personally, I don't think any of the MM's has any stock due to risk of the constant share price falling.

Most investors have probably sold now and hopefully the only way to make a market, is to increase the bid price to attract sellers!

If I could set a limit order, I would put a sell in for 1.25 and see if the MM moves the price to take my shares... interesting times, certainly can't get any worse (famous last words...!)

Unfortunately, my broker won't allow limit orders on MEN stock and I'm not paying high dealing charges to deal by phone!

I can't say that MEN price would be a lot higher if there was a market in this share, but if I was PL I would be livid that you cant even buy MEN shares!

I have purchased today based on the drop from when I sold (mid 50's) and thought this is now showing good value. If it drops further I will top up a little more, but won't go crazy until I have more information on the dilution threat.

The threat of dilation is a real short term threat but I am happy take a chance as I feel big news could drop at any time.

This could trade down to 34/35 in the short term, but I am looking for more news to keep the SP around the 40p plus mark

Should find out a little more next week - Q4 Argentina results are due soon re the bond requirements.
Q3 currently at $16.9m profit before tax. I see it that this figure covers most business costs including interest, so then down to the accountant play with the numbers!

Why worded using 'as strictly defined' - maybe because PL feels the message isn't getting through to the markets that MEN is cash flow positive and profitable.

'The November announcement stated that the turnover for the first 9 months for the year was in excess of US$ 26 million with profit before tax, subject to and as strictly defined in the November announcement, of US$ 16.9 million'

I have been trying most of the day to buy a few more - kept gong to NT all day, unless I wanted less than approx £500 worth - certainly not over £10k worth.

I don't think MM's have any free stock to trade, which is why I could sell many in one hit but couldn't buy!

They may need to raise the bid to attract sellers as I think most who are fed up have sold by now.

Clearly sticking to timing is an issue within this company, but this is the same for many companies/businesses!

Not ideal but not the end of the world (just yet!) Clearly there is nothing built into the share price for this drill anyway, might change when it finally spuds!

Let's see what happens in the next three months, I expect a few more twist a turns along the way! Hopefully, with the share price a lot higher from here, I'm already down approx 65% with in a relatively short space of investing time - has to be a personal best for me. Not selling though, valuation here is ridiculous!

Bought another £10k today, I must be stupid, but I see massive value to invest at these levels. Market is clearly not a fan and I'm going against the grain - still think I will be proved right - I'm going for a 3 bagger from here within at least 12 months...

Molecular Energies (MEN) announced an operations and strategic update. Argentina production continues to be operationally profitable and in Paraguay, the drilling contract is being signed for Tapir-1, with an objective to spud the well by the end of this quarter. Molecular has farmed-out a 50% interest in this prospect to CPC Corporation, the state owned energy company of Taiwan, which is paying 60% of the costs of the $10-15 million exploration well, plus a cash payment of $4 million. The Tapir-1 well has an internal pMean unrisked recoverable oil in place estimate of 96 million barrels, with the entire Delray complex having a total of 306 million barrels. Chance of success is 17%.
