Looking at the overall numbers, it doesn’t look like MEN will be buying into this raise , so will mean MEN holding will be diluted by a few %. I think that’s the right approach as they should be focusing on reducing debt, than spending on any new investments

Interesting that CPH are taking a £1.5m investment in ATOM - what do they know, or think they know?

Clean Power Hydrogen PLC - a Doncaster, England-based green hydrogen technology firm - Subscribes for 1.4 million new ordinary shares in Atome Energy PL's retail offer at a price of 106.2 pence per share for a total investment of GBP1.5 million. Says that the investment accelerates both Atome's and CPH2's roll out of green hydrogen electrolysers across South America and is a demonstration of CPH2's commitment to Atome's Mobility Division. "Today's announcement marks an extension of our ongoing collaboration with Atome for the use of CPH2's electrolyser units in Atome's international hydrogen and ammonia projects. The company's investment in Atome is expected to accelerate Atome's plans for the commercial production of hydrogen in Paraguay employing CPH2's MFE220 electrolyser and therefore accelerate the roll-out of our electrolysers across South America," CEO Jon Duffy comments

Not a direct shareholding in ATOM, although I do have exposure due to my MEN holding.

I would say just over 10% is 'not' a heavy discount in this market with a 8% dilution (that's pretty positive TBH) - it's what they do with that cash and why they needed it! It wasn't that long ago with the Times share tip that she mentioned a raise wasn't required in the short term!

It may drop tomorrow to near the raise price, but it also may well have some support as its not a large dilution. I wonder if MEN took part in the raise or will let their holding % drop lower!

It may turn out to be a very good move to raise this cash at this stage - time will tell - it brings new shareholders in also!

I see that ATOM have raised £2.7m via a raise @ 106.2 with an offer for private investors to take part via Primary Bid.

I wonder what MEN will do as this will dilute their 27.9% or have they taken some additional shares at the discount price!

Interesting, but surely MEN shareholders, should be updated on the potential dilution or confirm they are maintaining their % stake and the cost involved etc..

Looks like we will need a positive RNS to take the SP over 50p.

Im a buyer at anything under 45p if it dips back down, buying as a potential short term trade. My main investment is staying put to review around this time next year - I'm positive this will be at least a 2 bagger within 12 months...

Still think we will receive some from of general trading update before the end of this year - fingers crossed!

I'm sitting on a similar profit for a sell @ 45 from my purchase earlier today

I'm keeping mine into next week though, I will consider a sell at 53 and then try and buy back on any retrace - can see this certainly trading into the 50's next week. Fingers crossed!

In the recent investor update video they mentioned Mistral and that a high proportion of IES costs were attached to work on this project, highlights to me there must be plenty going on. They all sounded very confident in the future and to me seemed very genuine.

My thinking is we will have some news next week by the way of a general progress update RNS, if not next week then confident before this year end.

On that basis I have bought a few to trade to see if I can make a few bob to pay for Xmas :-)

I have my invested shares and will hold these for the Mistral outcome -but might use extra funds to trade a few of these in the short term - looks like it could be a decent share to trade the next few weeks/months here.

First 30 mins and market can’t decide - very small volume. Could go either way, but seems to be holding, which is a good sign - let’s see if that seller has actually stopped and its just traders now!

Im using the Paraguay drill as a bit of a side hustle play as there shouldn't really be too much of a focus on this until very near or at spud - I always say its a YES or NO bet with drilling regardless of high or low COS. COS means nothing really from some of the results Ive seen with high COS!.

Subject to cost, and I do hope this is a free carry and fully paid for, if this comes up as a duster or none commercial then the Paraguay chapter then closes for MEN. Plenty to look out for with other areas, just not sure what info or comms we will receive to update long suffering shareholders...

I do still believe this is massively undervalued and the market has this badly wrong. So now that all wells are back producing I've started to look at building a larger position here - buy when other's are fearful and all of that...

Took two lots just before 2pm today and I will continue to watch this closely - hope something happens soon and its not a 'negative' something!

IES top of the leader board today - this recent activity should bring in a few new investors and traders, prefer the investors more though!

Still looking positive for another step up this afternoon. Holding well with the recent selling on the very quick rise up which again is very positive. This may well try for 50p later which will probably rise very quickly again - if it does and it remains above 50p then tomorrow will be very interesting,

Can only buy £500 worth and then goes to NT - still not much stock around and ironically will probably need a few sellers to come in to move this higher!

Needs to have a breather, just shows how quickly this can move

Portfolio looking very strong on IES from my recent purchases - tempted to take some, but I think this will run again to over 50p - maybe wrong but let's see where this goes after this much need time out to catch our breath.

PS nothing wrong with taking a few profits here and there!

Problem is Mozax - I am guessing IES will either be taken over or merged during 2023 , if merged, then we can hopefully remain invested for the ride and fully benefit, but I have a feeling there will be plenty of M & A activity in this sector and I don't think it is that far away TBH. Don't like to use the work 'imminent'

You don't usually see a much better set up for a future share price rise than this. Any sells, while will affect the SP intra day, are clearly now being absorbed into the trading day.

One of bullish points is how far this has fallen and how quickly, which was totally unjustified as it all about funding and if and when it will be required. Just waiting on the RNS that the outstanding orders have finally been shipped and this will turn accrued inventory (bought and paid for) into revenue/cashflow. Plus any new orders with up front payments. Balance sheet looking much better and new sale deal expected. Then LODES announcement - if this is successful, then that should sort till the end of 2023 - in time for Siemens Gamesa update. Plus any other news deals during the next few quarters.

Many flow battery deals are being announced at the moment so this this sector is back on the map!

If the sellers don’t come in soon and try take this lower, then I can see a raft of buys to take this much higher. Then the traders will be back in to average up or take a new position, and then we start again. But once that persistent seller is out of the way, then it’s game on!
