I was correct although set maturity’s are not untill 2021 premier are looking to extend/renegotiate debt in Q1 next year they don’t want to wait u till last minuet to come to an agreement on it, would like to hope at this point shorts ACRM start to close shorts on premier oil!!

Don’t know if refinancing is the correct terminology but they are renegotiating debt at a better rate and hope to have it complete inQ1 2020

There position is a hedged position and would expect once refinancing is complete on Q1 then they will start to close out the short they have on us. It’s been hard to understand our share price given the recent success of premiers businesses but at least we now know what it’s all about. Have been told the FCA are long looking into this but whether or not they do anything substantial enough remains to be seen, personally I like most don’t have a high opinion of them, but we will see in time. Once the short dose start to close through I would expect there to be a large nothward movement in the SP, just hope refinancing is complete in q1

How the Hell do I now how many shares he bought......... it docent matter. He owns these shares there of significant value to him and he wants to maximise there value. If he is chasing up the FCA he will be doing it professionally and you will find out if he has something on them. If he docent its because the FCA can not do anything substantial enough, TD dose not make the law up you ******!!!!
