Premier oil are hoping the sale of Zama will be a tipping point once they get the money in for it say end of this year though more likely take a few more months to complete there debt will be around 1.7 billion (Could be less mama price dependant) there has to be a tipping point at some point where the market get onboard and premier lose the high debt tag they have pinned to them. Add to that some luck on the exploration side we really start to motor.

The people at premier think the Share price should be 150p now fair valuation. So I m hoping for 250p by the end of next year beginning of 2021 (with luck on the exploration side)

I have no idea as here are far to many variables in the equation, Donald Pump is our biggest problem and could be here for longer than most of us hope. With regard to Shorts and market manipulation I don't fully understand and am sure you will laugh at my effort for explaining as to me it sounds like the same thing, but GS are buying premier oil for clients long positions through CFD's, but they make extra money through loaning the shares out while holding long, this is the way it was explained to me and first to put my hands up and say I don't understand the difference but ultimately there clients are holding for long positions. You would think this was working against the interests of there clients holding for long but dose not seem to stop them doing it!!

NEXT YEAR is the most exciting year premier oil has ever had exploration wise and with luck on or side could totally transform Premier oils share price!!

EBIT to debt ratio is hoped to be 1.5 by the end of next year (with the sale of zama)

Plus will be drilling

Alaska first quarter target conservatively 200 million barrels
Brazil middle of the year target 400 million barrels
Hopefully field next to mama target same size as mama

2021 drilling Indonesia target multi TCF

Have been conservative with estimates just need steady production

At the last half year update debt was 2.15 billion dollars they plan to reduce debt by 300 million this year so at the end of this year say 2 billion debt. Worst case they get 300 million for zama, then next year production will drop off a bit until tolmount's up and running and forecast poor oil prices say we pay off 200 million, our total debt by the end of next year will be 1.5 billion. Once Tolmounts production is ramped up the forecast is for 90 000 barrels of oil equivalent with 1.5 billion debt that is a very healthy position to be in!!

Why don’t you both tell us all how TD can do more then, other than a magic wand I think he has done everything that he can!! The fact is it’s easy to be a critic. I m a critic of the market manipulators but they are the ones harming your share price! Donald trump is harming your share price! TD holds a substantial amount of shares and will want premier to perform more than any one of us here!!

To let people know about the value of Zama it was lord Brown the mastermind who grew BP into the company it is today that bought a 40% share of Zama off Sierra Oil and Gas after initial drilling how big it is. We have now aquired block 30 which is right next to block Zama and have bought it with DEA which if the company Lord Brown is chairman of. They are expecting Block 30 to be of similar size to Zama in reserves. Lord Brown was innovative the way he grew BP into the company it is to what it was its good to know he is the driving force behind block 30 Mexico which is getting drilled next year!!

Antigua so what do you recommend TD dose I m sure he would like to hear since you no everything about running a FTSE 250 company!! Premier are a ver liquid share and hence easily manipulated, this is mainly due to their debt. The only thing Premier can do is focus on keeping up excellent levels of production and reducing debt. There selling Zama and so far have done excellent keeping production where they are as well as acquiring some first class Exploration projects!! If you can not see this your not quite as bright as you think you are......

TR6 I've said sorry for the zama comment I was wrong , it was someone you were talking to said it, but your posting doom on a regular basis this to me is not the language of a 500K holder, report me if you will I m not going to lose any sleep over it you regularly post negativity and find this an irritation. Tr6 if I got that wrong you have my apologies it was in a conversation you were part of if wrong then sorry but you highlight a lot of negatives when it suits which to me insinuates your trading. You go on about TD he’s done a fantastic job with premier and the oil recession, I m not against anyone without reason but your posts are often negative your entitled to this view as I m entitled to my own thought about your own agenda!

TR61 what institution did you buy them for? Guess that’s why you been talking premier down the last few days!

Darkfung I don't follow TR6 I think he's a trader and ramps/de-ramps to suit don't trust or believe much these type of people say as changes depending on their position

So today the SP is being hammered again like many other oilies. I don't post on here to often as find the effort derampers put in, it takes to my time to counter Argue there lies!!
I herd the other day Zama is dead in the water think it was TR6 (what a lying knob) I have made enquiries and herd from good source that the data room is full and has had a lot more interest than even premier was hoping for and currently there are about 15 GOOD companies in there analysing Zama. I believe the people in the know are hoping with the sale of Zama at the end of next year our debt will be down to 1.5 Billion this alone will surely re-rate the value of the company.
Ontop of this we currently have the best exploration portfolios we have ever had :-

Currently waiting for drill results from Tolmount exploration COULD give us 50% extra reserves if it comes in good!!
Drilling Alaska first quarter next year could find unto 200 000 barrels of oil
Brazil drilling middle of next year could find upto 400 000 million barrels of oil
Then new block we got in Mexico premier are pushing to get drilled next year and they expect it to have a similar volume of oil as Zama.
Then there is the acreage they acquired the Andaman II licence This there hoping will be a multi TCF basin and will be getting drilled 2021 if successful any of these prospects add substantial value to premier.

I have to be honest PMO SP is manipulated and think there are several people on this site who work for institutions trying to manipulate the price the way they want it to go often Down, but this is just part of the course but at $60 a barrel premier are paying down debt and paying for future projects comfortably I m sure you can figure the people on here with their own agenda please ignore them!!
