I'm just watching presentation now keep having to go back to absorb it all, can wait long term but if I have to would like to think dividends are reinstated in the not to distant future!! To be honest I'm missing something somewhere rarely say anything negative but we have 835 million shares in issue, were issuing another 500 million to pay for new assets, thats a lot of dilution for an extra 25000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. I fully trust management here the have done a great job so far but with my basic knowledge this seems a lot!!!

This is true Andy west and unless I am mistaken when the takeover occurs there will be a large pot of cash so a kind of discount off the purchase price!! The simple thing about this purchase is shell are operating the asset so a lot less complicated for Premier

They haven't got the cash from ZAMA sale when they do this will be able to be used instead of issuing extra shares, or at least LIMIT the amount of shares they issue to a much lesser degree.

I don't agree with you but to longwinded to try to explain. All I will say is debt reduction which I m not sure about they currently owe $2 billion they get 300 - 500 for solan whether its to take debt down to 1.5 billion or to purchase BP assets its still debt reduction. Paying existing debt down to then issue extra shares at the. type of discount your talking about is plain stupid and would be far better to keep existing debt as it is and not issue extra shares which I think is what will happen. they may have to raise some money but don't think it will be anywhere near the figures your talking about, and think a small discount of 10% will have high demand!!

The purchases wouldn't be worth while doing if extra shoes were issued at the prices you were talking about. The PMO board are smart cookies no matter what abuse the numpty on here give them and they own a lot of shares themselves they would not be doing a deal if they thought it would harm the SP in any way!!

I THINK The proceeds from the sale of ZAMA will be used to raise a lot of the cash. IF theres more cash needed a 10% discount these purchases totally transform the company all our ratios are better now!!

ACRM Hunter are you a ACRM EMPLOYEE............. Would think so with your scare tactics/de-ramping which is complete bolicks and numbers you just guessed to de-ramp.

Each to there own but wouldn't touch Enquest myself everything about them is shoddy in my own opinion and having worked on there vessels was not impressed. I love PMO and there volatility but expect them to become a lot more steady once ACRM have to close there short whether that be now or in a few months, expect minimum of 30% rise off the back of this!!
