Construction stocks will rebound strongly these next few months. Costain is now moving as well and stick very tight. Make sure you are in both as also a silly cheap price over there. Both cracking business prospects.

The point is we now know its coming, the first one has cracked the code and there are loads of others in the pipeline, the outlook has changed dramatically. Also likely to be another massive wave of stimulus the world over.

Government are unlocking things now. This is starting to motor, vaccines, govt defence orders, more planes in the air, quarantine going, nuclear deal, reduced cost base...

Oh and a massive short that needs to close.

All IMO, Greed is a powerful emotion but trying to talk this lower in the current environment with excellent newsflow and vaccines coming from multiple directions just seems stupid to me... Will be 150 plus for Christmas...

The drop to 90p was a bit of a given (sub 90p because they probably wanted to hit some stops)

But its actually good news, no shares left and 90p paid for almost half a billion.

That is a massive vote of confidence.

Yep there will be buying ops but this is going up now. They want to keep fear here and prey on the weak. Buy the dips.

Shaml shorters will be all over these new shares in a desperate attempt to "get out" with the improving backdrop I expect most people will keep them!

They have been pushing this down for days, its about time it turned.... Pressure building.

On a large cap like this that has been heavily shorted, I normally double the declared position and use that for calculating the real short exposure. 12% of the stock is a lot of shares to buy back and when a stock is heavily shorted you always see significant volatility both ways. If I had shorted this, sometimes near historic lows, just before a vaccine was announced I would not be doing the opposite of patting myself on the back, but you cannot just buy back that much stock overnight.. Hence the games. I firmly believe this will be in excess of 150 for Christmas but there will they wont just give you that price, you need to be strong and ignore the noise. This is a classy business that will recover and come out the other side stronger with a lower cost base.

Which needs to be resolved, the macro picture is getting better (much better) the market is playing games but RR at these prices is a very strong buy. The world is coming out of the other end of the pandemic now and you want to be on the right side of a stock like this now....
