Aerial - I'm still waiting for the multi-millionaire to post to quash my opinion!! Seriously, the whole point of where I started today is around the selling that is quite clearly going on in the background. The two big sells were done off market so neither you or I or anyone else would have seen them on L2. This is AIM - it is a casino and what happens off the market is for the benefit of others, not PIs. If we're lucky we get a sniff and enjoy he luxury of making some money or clawing back our losses - the rise from 0.02 is an example, but how many of us on here got in at 0.02? You see my point. I don't actually care about the other noise on here today - the facts from those trades speak for themselves. GW

Aerial - and so we have arrived at the point as we undoubtedly always get to on here. Let's avoid the whole point of the day's posting history and question someone's integrity. Why would any very wealthy individual waste precious time posting on here. I'm just going to pop over to the Tesco board as I see their CEO has been posting on there....do me a favour.

I see the multi-pronged approach to someone else's posts has started in earnest. It never changes. If any of us on here were very wealthy individuals we wouldn't be wasting time on boards like these and we certainly wouldn't have any money tied up for any length of time in AIM shares. If people can deduce nothing from the trading patterns over the days since the placing RNS, that's their prerogative. There's a whole host of reasons I limit my exposure in AIM now. Sausage - it was me - although aerial used "FFS" and told me to go away, in no uncertain terms, yesterday. Clearly not interested. It's not narrow minded - it's how the rich get richer. You don't sit your money in high risk shares. It's only idiots like us that do that.....

It's called an "opinion" aerial - you post plenty of that too, so I don't see your point. Like I said to Bigeye - if you need me to tell you what the sells are clearly telling me, which is somebody is offloading, you haven't learnt much from investing in shares. The facts are there. It's exactly what I said to Sausage - I'm keen to buy more and trade to reduce my average too, but I was rightly cautious.

And anyone that has been around AIM for any length of time understands how those in the know ahead of PIs make their money, particularly off the back of placings. The ask today hasn't dropped anywhere near 0.05p - they cannot be buys so it is a process of logical elimination. But I'll remember what you say the next time we get a post from you about big buys at full ask....

It pains me to see you play all coy Aerial- you know it's a sell and that could have been being worked through for sometime given the volume. This is exactly why I said to Sausage the other day on caution about buying back in, as much as I am keen to trade back to my average. Same routine for IIs - buy in and sell out. No forward risk. AIM doesn't change. Buying after a placing that adds, what, 30% to your share numbers - that's very, very risky for PIs because you never quite know who is selling into PI buys.... bright - I'd be pretty hacked off if I rolled over 10m of my shares and lost nearly 10% of the value of my investment in six minutes.

bigeye - you can see it in the trades. You cant dump bucket loads of shares because you destroy the market and dont get the returns on what you paid. There has quite clearly been someone offloading recently and mms will drip this in hoping PIs will soak up the sells after some reasonably positive news and a rise in the ask. It's just how the market works, especially on Aim. GW

The RNS and the drip, drip of sells over the last few days tells us all we need to know.

Aerial - err, it doesn't beg any questions to me - it's quite simple - they bought at 0.04, or 0.02, and are taking their money, plus some.

Johngallen - and you've read our most recent P&L accounts and the terms of the CLF?

aerial - I said on here previously - that is not how big investors work. Look at McMaster - 20% return in two months. Why do you think he negotiated the pay back of his initial loan? In the words of bigeye, it's risk versus reward. You don't make lots of money by holding onto risky investments and AIM has some of the riskiest investments out there. It's also why I consider that a lot of the shares issued at 0.02 were dumped in the rise up to 0.12, and lots of those "in the know" made plenty of money. My only fear about tomorrow is do we have enough buyers at 0.065 if there is a short term offload. I suspect our esteemed Rufus will be dumping his 0.02p shares before the end of March too. What we need is the business model to start to work - that will drive a share price revival. GLA

Casua - interesting first ever post. IMHO the business model is reasonably sound, but the slightly crippling issue at the moment is the c£50m+ debt. Until the "strategic options" for H1 become clear, it's difficult to recommend a buy back in at the moment. GW

Aerial - or conversely there are those singing the praises of a CEO that masterminded one heck of a fall in shareholder value. That's why people rightly moan about him - he's been a decent prospector and found coal. He should have then passed it over to someone who knew how to take the operational bits forward. That naivety or stuborness, only he knows which, has cost shareholders dearly. GW

aerial - I don't disagree, but there are other facts you have missed off. We are producing revenue, but losing c£100k a month - that is not sustainable. We now have our assets tied to a CLF and debt, we have produced next to sweet FA in coal over the last six months (2.5k tonnes?) and we have an unsustainable business model that is meant to be break even by June 2020, or is it end of 2020 or was it 2018 etc etc. We have seen rises in share prices on a number of occasions now post placing / investments - you read what you want into that, but as I said last week - invest at 0.04 and sell out at 0.05 gives a very quick and healthy 25% return. Look what some people must have made on the rise from 0.02 to 0.12? You're facts don't need defending as they are true, as are mine. GW
