K0sh - the margin is the issue - if you are making no return on your costs then you can't service your debt, however small. It's like having a credit card and only paying the minimum you can afford each month. The c£40m placing last July demonstrated how important it had become to reduce the debt level, because it was simply not serviceable at it's previous levels. There are a few key issues for me that subsequent RNSs seem to be doing nothing but exacerbating - servicing the debt and what / how the "strategic option" the BoD keeps talking about fits into this (another placing?) and also margin. The overall business model looked sound on the previous EBITDA figures, but these keep getting refined / reduced and more skeletons keep coming out of the closet. That makes investors nervous and drives the selling we've seen and that's why I sold out and am sitting watching on the side lines at the moment. GW
