Hi Investor81, what other costs? Windfall tax is 25% my understanding is that decommissioning expenditure will open a tax rebate... https://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/north-sea/decom/425341/decommissioning-rebates-exempt-from-windfall-tax/ Any thoughts?
I think its is a mixed picture... Good points are: 89% profit therefore highly geared and cash generative. 9M euros generated from Netherlands in just 4 months... this is only the beginning of high gas prices. Cold winter means storage facilities will be empty mid-March. 2023 is virtually zero gas from Russia (who knows if we will find peace even then pipeline is damaged). Decommissioning came as surprise to me also but google it...everyone is bringing this forward. Assume this will offset huge tax charge for next year i.e. decommissioning paid of in 1 year vs losing 10-15% per year anyway due to inflation. Are we ever going to develop GPA? Its not likely and not priced in... is anyone going to buy the project of us.. highly likely. Sticks and stones welcome all good learning and reflection for me.

Both revenue and profit way down from estimates given.

Choice pretty straightforward... 1. Fowler Fup Family Fund or 2. 170,383 UK Registered Charities available who would do way more with your cash and give you a positive ROI.
Is that the gas coming out of the front or the back end.. both smells the same! Good riddance Fooler look forward to seeing you outside the job centre. Bunch of muppets. This was an expensive training exercise with real money for me.. a painful one. Anyone ramping this is either delusional or works for the goon squad. GL to all old friends.
... oh wait its a fund raise! Rinse repeat rinse repeat rinse repeat... all the way to zero.
Oh yes, of course he will be at the court case. Clutching all the shares he still owns paid for by us LTHs!
Unfortunately not my opinion NigW (I thought you were dead?) A million and one people would have done better than ME as CEO, as his ex-employees for one.
At the end of the day he gave Samsung plenty of chances, hopefully they will get their final smack down now.
Next RNS - "You pity the fool because you don't want to beat up a fool! You know, pity is between sorry and mercy. See, if you pity him, you know, you won't have to beat him up. So that's why I say fools, you gotta give another chance because they don't know no better. That's why I pity them! "
Mr. T
has done a stellar job so far. Since he took over as CEO the whole 'vibe' of the company changed for me. ME was a sack of potatoes from my perspective only interest was filling his own pockets...Still totally shameful he sold all his shares when he new Apple contract wasn't going through. Well done Mr T you are doing a great job GL!

Common guys DRC project is old news now (cash raised already to fund it). Sweepstake for F'up Fooler is A) New MOU by secret project worth £100M (needs more funding for i.e. cash raise), B) New contract with local supermarket suppling PPE for pets (needs more funding to scale i.e. cash raise), C) The Mary Rose aka Sierra Queen was sunk due to previous owner damages, we need to buy it back of eBay and put it back to service (needs more funding to complete repairs, i.e. cash raise). D) We've realised we have no idea about security let alone how to run a business so we have decided to go into cryptocurrencies developed by AI quantum-watumacallits (alot of pre-contract discussions needed i.e. we need more cash )... Oh I hear you are worried about all this cash we are burning to fund our lifestyles (ahem).. pay our mates (ahem) I mean burn away with crackpot ventures... don't worry we are showing next level revenue growth and we will pay you back in dole money and fag packets with the word crypto on them. Very good post Robs12 puts a lot into perspective. As a vLTH, I also do NOT rate TC highly. He is sitting on a cash pile that is ever getting eaten by inflation. GPA is written off in my mind years ago. He has struck lucky with the gas prospect, if he really predicted that gas would be this high he would have put more on the table years ago. That gravy train will stop soon... then what? Share price is where it is due to hoards running into gas markets.... what this means for me I dont know. Hopefully gets to £1 then I might consider exiting this long and painful journey.
Good luck to all fellow V.LTHs! Hopefully TC makes use of this cash before it becomes deflated.
Give us the Divi TC!
Dont be fooled by market shenanigan's I have personal experience of tree shakers trying to get my shares on the cheap. This is an easy +$500M market cap company just on technology licensing. Pretty sure next week or so big funds will pile in. Only current near term issue is fund raise, which I will happily contribute to... hopefully assuaged by ST Micro contract payment coming round the corner. GLA
Big love to you morbox and all those that stayed strong. Onwards and upwards. I personally believe Samsung is tip of iceberg, will go after other cfQD copycats next. TCL? Nanosys..
that's what they call a smack down boi!! dont f with Nigel!
