Thanks Hllinvestor... could you give us an exec summary...relevance to GGP? Cheers
Hello everyone, bought today :) Was it a good bad call lets find out in 10 years. GLA
150p is 10p in old monies... after sitting on dead money for near enough 10 years that would be a total joke for all LTHs concerned... 250p not sure how yet. Everything I see needs serious funding = dilution my main concern... only TC knows the score here
Volcano my only assumption is that if TC makes a hoohaa it only puts PMG more on the radar for hostile TO (for a bargain). TC will be mugged more than the rest of us (even more since his missus property is in the mix)... he has said himself PMG is in dangerous TO territory... If you are loosing faith look at iGAS, news can come and be transformational. The move to expand gas interests in July was a shrewd move, he'll be ruing not buying more... suspect eye on Nord 2?
I've been in this since days when I thought 10p (old money) was a bargain! Waiting for the messiah to deliver for many a year...
Is this not them? https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/ZNWD/zinnwald-lithium-plc/company-page
Probably, you are dealing with snakes after all. Delay public announcement until your mates are all in
Take the money and run!
Thanks buddy great research!
TC might know something others dont.... why else would be buying gas assets others are keenly trying to get rid of
https://www.heraldscotland.com/business_hq/19454010.bp-claims-scotwind-bid-unlock-10bn-investment/ ... TC will have eye on this... wonder if he'll bid for acreage
https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2021/jul/20/government-sets-up-375m-fund-for-gamechanging-uk-tech-firms . Anyone with link to Brian T, please forward. I hope he's seen this already! Nano still primed to secure additional funding here, my opinion.
Yes lobo, does appear that Brian is clearing the mess that ME made. I still believe ME took us down this route with Samsung in the first place, where he could have just secured the contract... too greedy perhaps.
Yes B2B, I purposely left the year out! haha been here long enough, whats a few more years!
Expect a settlement amount to come from Samsung on run up to Xmas (doesn't have to be accepted by shareholders), but they might start with low ball offer. My opinion of what I have seen before, I comes down to who has more to loose. Clearly Samsung does.
Vander - Fowler's already been there done that! Did you miss the RNS something about an unexpected double digit underwater object in the Thames (not the lockness monster). But at least now security staff will be there at Houses of P to witness first hand next time :)

GLA
As much as this share is a massive test of patience.. akin to investing in forestry (i.e. sunk cash with no divi) I still do trust TC to deliver the trees. I'm a massive deal hunter myself. This share will soon come onto Emerging New / Renewable energy funds as
Wind, Hydrogen/Gas weighting goes up and GA is perhaps sold (which I think will happen once world realises there is an energy gap afteralll). I feel TC doesnt like to make a hoo ha as he has experience with holstile TOs (who wouldn't want to swallow PMG as pure value company)... he is doing as much as he can to avoid this i.e. big personal holding and silent plodding along (nothing happening here guys!)GLA
Sentiment changing fast on this can only be a good thing.
Thinking about Samsung lawsuit again last night, looking at everything their only defence (and a high risk one) is that Nanos patents are invalid... if it was me I would want to settle no doubt, cos if that leg is broke aint standing up again!
RNS wasnt a message to us it was a message to Samsung.. I would expect a settlement figure to come to vote by Nov/Dec. Timings as evidence here https://casetext.com/case/invensas-corp-v-samsung-elecs-co-1
U.S Patent No. 6,232,231
On July 13, 2018, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Austin Semiconductor LLC filed a petition for inter partes
review of U.S. Patent No. 6,232,231 (the “‘231 patent”) with the PTAB. The petition requested a determination that claims 1-16 of the ‘231 patent are unpatentable. On December 13, 2018, the parties filed a joint motion to terminate the proceeding on the basis of settlement. The motion was granted on January 4, 2019 and the proceeding was dismissed. This matter is now concluded.
