Happydays you are absolutely right. I am around 15k down so not in the same ballpark as you but I expect to get my money back if Roan is successful. Even the Chrome improvements should see an uplift in sp next financial year. This is aim casino so who really knows.

The IRH deal is in the stage of identifying locations it is in the last RNS.

My opinion for what it is worth is they should have identified locations by now but there maybe a clause in the IRH contract that needs to see sustainable or nameplate capacity at Roan before this kicks off. Pure speculation on my part though.

Also it is probably a 2 year project from the end of Roan ramp up. 2x50k/month processing modules per year.

At the end of that 2 yrs they should be producing around 20k contained copper but whilst it is at no cost to JLP and they get reimbursed for previous costs they only receive 30% of the gross margin after costs so the profit isn't that great but it is basically a free carry. Happy to be corrected. No abuse the men in the white coats are on standby.

Gotreal claiming 120p is a massive leap of faith from 7p without trying to justify it isn't right.

I did do an extrapolation on the small miners yesterday before the men in white coats came and carried me away but we are a long long long way from any of that and it may never happen and I did say don't take it too seriously.

Meanwhile it is the 1st of May tomorrow clock's ticking.

Just to add Mikie I don't know how much added value there is with smelting there must be some obviously electricity intensive as well if you have to go to back up generators . Copper Oxide I think is 80%-89% Copper and Sulphides are around 67%.

Do they need Chambishi if they can sell the concentrates to China who currently have a shortage of feed for their smelters? That however may not continue although there is an expected Copper supply shortage over demand going forward.

To add further to the value small miners could add:

From the RNS 2 mines are expected to provide 240k tonnes for processing extrapolating that to 50 mines is 6 million tonnes. Obviously more processing capacity would be required but even at 1% copper which is low estimate from JLP that is 60k tonnes of copper per year.

Even at at a $3k gross margin (which is low I am ever the cautious optimist). That is $180 million gross margin and after conversion to sterling and subtracting EBITDA. A potential profit of £110-£120 million. eps of 3.67-4p. pe of 8 and sp of 28-32p on their own. I think a conservative estimate and these could be rolled out fast.

All in costs only gives you gross margin then you have to deduct interest, tax, depreciation and amortization then you arrive at nett profit if that is what you mean.

$3800 Seisnav was the lowest they quoted with economies of scale.

It probably is Frogkid but as usual we are left to guess when JLP could have communicated that their would be some payment to the miners thereby increasing costs. Not hard to do they don't have to say how much they are paying them.

How many on here have complained of vague or incomplete communications? Is this just another example? That is what I meant by smoke and mirrors. I wasn't disputing that their could be extra payments due to the miners Dorfan.

I did Dorfan but it is only a presumption and it maybe be right. I don't see anywhere where JLP have confirmed it.
