Gotreal if you actually read what I had written I never said potential investors based their decisions on financials what I said was posts on a chatboard whether they are good, bad, negative or positive has no bearing on sentiment or the sp. Company performance is the main driver. Of course there can be other macro events which can effect the sp.

Also potential investors will look at past perfmaornce, previous RNS. Do they deliver what they say when they say and if not how do they mitigate it plus lots of other things I am not going to go through because of course you know this. Anyone making investments based on chatboard optimism shouldn't be investing in shares.

That was your original post about chatboard optimism and sentiment and negative posts driving investors away. You just trying to wriggle out of what you originally said.

Not the first African country to do this Mikie. Think some of them are fed up with companies sitting on licences or they are seeing money going out of the country stripping their assets and they are seeing little return for it.

JLP should be fine one good thing they have done is develop a good relationship with the government it will only affect them if they make it retrospective on licences already issued. In Mali for example the government gets a free carry of 10% plus an option to buy a further 10%.

So what you are saying Gotreal the sp has nothing to do with company performance it is down to how many positive or negative posts there are on a chatboard which influences would be investors whether to buy or not.

No point researching the company and looking at past performance, financials and potential future performance. Good grief you really believe this or do you just make it up as you go along.

Hope you are right Mikie and it is great it is up and running and it will be interesting to see how it all develops over the next 12 months and hopefully it will emulate Chrome.

I know why the sp isn't rising at the moment and it isn't down to posts on here you need to look at the company as well as the sp still tracking pgms. I agree progress has been made.

You say old ground for shortcomings Mikie. Roan has been delayed a number of times in the last 8 months you don't have to go that far back. You don't think how this has been handled and delivered has impacted the sp?

Great post Seisnav like you I share your concerns regarding feed grade and output. I would also agree Roan is important now as this is the key to unlock the IRH deal and like you say as other copper streams come on line Roan's significance will drop.

How fast they can increase copper output we can only wait and see. Leon says they will be able to produce 25k a year in 12 months so according to him by Sept 25 they will be capable of producing just over 2k/month.

I think 12 months is a little ambitious and as we know timelines isn't his strong point but he is the "man in the middle" so hopefully he will get his prediction right this time.

I stay Sumoskier because I believe I will get my money back with Chrome and I may make a profit on the copper depending how that performs.

Whilst there is no doubt Leon is a good engineer I believe the people running the company could have done a better job managing information and timelines that would have improved sentiment and confidence in the company what anyone says on here whether it is good, bad, negative or positive makes no difference so that is why I responded to Gotreal.

Why would I sell now at a loss when I have waited all this time for them to finally get copper at the starting gate doesn't mean I can't comment when they continually miss timelines.

I was pleased Roan is finally up and running see how it goes. I no longer believe Leon's timelines he has missed them too often only they can change that by meeting them and so rebuilding sentiment and confidence in the company.

How do you feel the company has performed with copper over the last 4 years? By the way I have always said they have done a great job with Chrome probably saved the company and bought them time whilst they changed track from the tailings strategy and saved them more dilution. Remember the 25k a year from that still waiting for that one to materialize.

If you listened to people like Gotreal all the time and took his postings as the company never does anything wrong any investors would have lost money all the way down from 21p to 6p.

I don't mind reading both positive and negative posts to a company as long as they are reasoned not blatant ramping or just slating the company for the sake of it. For example I learn a lot from Seisnav and always read his posts with interest. He has a good knowledge of the mechanics of the business and usually fills in any gaps I have either forgotten or not realised.

I have never slated the company or posted anything negative without a reason. I try to be balanced as much as possible. I don't want anyone to lose money here and hope we all make a decent return.

If I make a mistake posting I have no problem someone coming and correcting me or having a different opinion to me is that not the point of a discussion board as long as it is polite and civil. I find the majority on here are really knowledgeable about the company and I like that.

I would also agree with sentiment being a key issue for any company.

If Africa so hostile and difficult to work in then:

Don't say module is delayed in port and then it only needs painting and good to go when a key component is missing also

Don't say it will ramp up in July when now it will be September after continually saying it would ramp up earlier.

There is another company in Africa and in the time it has taken JLP to acquire an electronic component fit it and ramp it up that company will be 1 month away from building an entire mine and starting production not one missed deadline and on budget.

Sentiment comes down to management delivering what they promise on time and in budget.

Gotreal's head is going to explode when he has finished ticking himself up and reads all that. None of that happened in his world you have just made it all up:)

It does still follow the pgms Edzi. Seisnav is right. It shouldn't do as they are not significant but it is up to the board to get the message out we are chrome producer and copper will follow.

It doesn't say any of that Gotreal only in your head and your alt accounts who tick you up. You don't think copper production will be hit a little because Roan has taken longer to ramp up?.

You don't think IRH have been waiting for Roan? You think the sp will shoot up when this years financials will be similar to last years and it will take time for copper to ramp up?

You don't think throughput and what they get out of it will be a significant factor in profit margin.

You don't think it will take time for all this to happen or are you still giddy because Roan has produced some copper and now the sp will rocket up and we will be producing 50K copper a yr in 12 to 18 months and selling at 25k/ton like some of the other ramping and stupid posts you have put up in the past. Then there is the real world 21p to 6p and yes I think it will improve but it will take time and it won't be without delays and problems.

Edzi I don't mind people having a contrarian view it is just as valid as the responses from investors on here who don't accept any criticism of the company however justified.

However yesterday was a good day and you did go off the deep end a bit.

Looks like Roan won't reach nameplate capacity until sometime in September and therefore copper production will probably be a little down for the Q1 FY25 no big deal main thing it is finally up and running. I don't expect anything on IRH until Roan reaches this.

The big question to be answered now is how much copper do we get out of what we have to put through as Kaiser raised yesterday. This will be a big driver for the bottom line of copper and will probably take 6-12 months before we have an idea of that but who knows we roll the dice and take our chances.

Kaiser you are right to be interested in the tonnage put through and the output.

50kmonth put through 3k copper output/yr margin will be lower than

50k/month put through 5k copper output/yr margin will be greater so it could have a big impact on profit.

We will just have to wait and see it could vary greatly depending on the quality put through and the recovery rate thereafter.

Yes great news look forward to seeing how copper progresses over the next couple of years or so.

You have completed failed to understand options. Leon has no risk. I never lost money on options. If they don't realise above the strike price he will let them lapse and will probably get more issued at a lower sp. Which makes even the incentive debatable.

It is simply a way of potentially giving him a bonus without costing him or the company any money. The only people who take the risk is you and me as we get diluted with more shares issued if he exercises.

To say that is ludicrous means you continue to fail to understand it and how they work. last comment for me on this if you don't understand it by now I would seriously question whether you should both be investing in shares particularly on aim. Sometimes you need to listen instead of digging bigger holes.

I was never granted options and paid a lower salary Gotreal and all the people I knew never gave up any salary for options they are like a bonus you either get it or you don't depending how the company performs at no risk to yourself.

Ours were issued at 10% discount so we were in profit from day 1. I was fortunate to be with a company whose share price rose from £9/share to £88/share over the time I was issued them but if they had gone down I would have just let them lapse and wait for the next lot to make money.

They don't cost him anything unlike you and me who buy shares they will only cost him something if he buys and keeps them. He can take the profit or let them lapse thereby costing him nothing therefore there is no risk to him hence no "skin in the game"

I remember Edzi had met with one of the board at JLP and was accused of making things up until Dorfan came on and corroborated it so who knows:)
