Advertising their intent to enhance the share price, QPE are acting rather oddly but to date, who cares. The proposed August communication will be a driver, for good or ill.

Terry openly stated his intentions for the share price as 20p, that it is massively undervalued, has a meeting in August and continues to buy. Admittedly, brazen buying will eventually push up the demand and therefore the price though AIM has a way of confounding that. Certainly a refreshingly open and honest approach and for that I do applaud him in this high risk PR strategy.

A takeover of a company which only asset is its skilled staff is highly unusual to say the least. These are assets that can walk of their own accord and re-form into a new company. Maybe he is exceptionally clever and is working to manipulate a price from which he can progressively sell and make a cool profit for his investor clients.

Matt Cooper must already know what is afoot ahead of the planned August meeting with Queens Park Estate and his share acquisition speaks volumes. QPE are open with their ambition to grow the share value and I suspect that August will see a new and influential addition to the IMTK Board. I cannot see how QPE can influence their target share price unless something quite material comes out of the joint August meeting. QPE have just tweeted - "Quob Park Estate release short-term target of at least 20p for Imaginatik Plc (IMTK) and now own over 8% of the company Current Holding Quob Park Estate currently hold over 8% of Imaginatik, having previously acquired stock at levels up to circa 9p. Quob Park Estate remain active buyers of Imaginatik stock, and currently expect to continue to accumulate stock in Imaginatik whilst the share price is below 10p. Subject to milestones being met by Imaginatik, our short-term price target for the company is at least 20p. The current share price levels provide the opportunity to significantly exceed our investment criteria of producing at least a 50% return for Quob Park Estate within 12 months, and which would still be met with an IMTK share price of circa 13.5p"

Not convinced he is a stalker nor a long term investor. Knows or suspects a forthcoming event which will result in a much higher and sufficiently stable price from which base he can begin progressively selling in units broadly equal to those bought. He will not necessarily keep buying. A cessation of buying could simply mean that his private clients are at his advised risk limit, albeit small.

The low trading suggests that from a MM perspective, shareholders are sticking tight. They need to create momentum so the question next week will be whether to offer a huge hike in price or a huge drop to get this market moving again. The unwarranted fear of Grexit is having an effect too but by later next week that will have evaporated.

You do know its a Friday tomorrow. The MM's all jet off to Rome etc to spend their ill gotten gains. No one gains anything till they start their unholy practices again on Monday. They make me see red.

Definition of deramping - sincere considered opinion. Definition of those who accuse others of deramping - mindless assumption that one or more views that do not support the self congratulating back slapping clique will make a difference to the share price.

As the price hasn't gone down further I can only assume that the short term punters aren't selling. Why ?
