Along with the central European prospects, I have to ask why the world and its dog are not clamouring to turn a buck or three by investing sufficient to facilitate commercial extraction/processing. Wiser counsel than me have surely considered the pros and cons of such investment and decided that supplies from other countries and prospects for further successful exploration are more than sufficient. Or might it be that no one really wants to invest in a Mexican facility for two reasons that spring to my mind.. But the lack of progress in the European prospects would defeat the latter argument.

The Randgold share price was always regarded as overweight at its peak. Perhaps notwithstanding the gold price, this is now the realistic price. Suspect that this price run will wane tomorrow and steady at say 5% over Fridays price..

This sale was a survival sale. I suggest the new company can afford to slow down production in the DRC to teach the greedy Dictator and his henchmen an unforgettable lesson in economics. That should slow down the corrupt plans to retire to the South of France with their countries money. They may then relent on their greedy new tax law but I suspect the hold on Presidential elections will continue indefinitely. Disease will become the great leveller but by then the rats will have departed the sinking DRC ship.

I agree and have just invested more but on the first really good news will sell as this company( imho ) is still seen as a Lenigas ramper. The establishment, led by the Daily Telegraph and their Stock Market cohorts, don't like the history behind him and will do their level best to adjust the price down whenever they can.

Some person or others appear to have info. This buy volume bodes well for either another "optimistic" Kongat missive or info about a real sale.

If you watch a range of small cap shares across the board, it doesn't take long to spot insider trading or unintended leaks. Invariably, I find that a sudden hike in a share price related to an RNS is preceded on the previous day or three by a noticeable increase in buying activity. Not always but sufficient enough to make me cynical.

Not sure of the basis for assuming the political climate as changed. Can you refer me to a Cz government statement please.

Would have expected a Japanese or Chinese battery manufacturer or an existing successful Lithium producer would be the most likely investor in EMH but I am surprised that by now there is no dal or take up agreement by anyone. Optimism by industry in EMH is clearly well behind shareholder optimism. Something doesn't fit.

Have look at the name on the last tanker photo and then Google that company. Waste removal.

I suspect that if BCN cannot achieve sensible partner investments, they will have to borrow and issue share options as security. Partner investors tends to provide a more assured future with no repayment deadlines. On the other hand, a takeover bid/merger by a large mining Corporation might be why the planned deals have been cancelled. Either way, I expect news will not be too far away.

Anybody know how long patent infringement cases last and to what extent the infringing company goes bankrupt soon after judgement day having made a mint mopped up by directors, bonuses, salaries and dividends (director held shares). Or is this merely the seedy side of capitalism for which there are no criminal penalties.

Thats the umpteenth RNS stating the world is interested, Not a bad way of keeping up your share price though bordering on the illegal unless of couse the statements are audited,, Some are clearly seeing these RNS.s for what they are.

In the absence of bad news (and the DRC's decision will be critical) todays quite neutral and expected announcement is all the market makers have to shift their stocks at knock down prices. Will be very surprised if in 7 days these shares are not back to yesterdays price. Am hopeful we have a 4% drop by tonight.

I do agree re Walmart but do the Yanks have equal or better systems than Ocado can provide. If so, Amazon are missing a beat in the UK so probably they don't have better systems. I still salivate over a deal with Amazon UK and the potential merger might now get Amazon biting its nails and moving toward a joint venture with Ocado.
