The fact that Ocado is packed with IT people suggests that given they can access more Servers, their order system will be up and running and stronger than ever by Monday. In the meantime they will be restocking their warehouses and progressively acquiring temporary vehicles and staff. This must be one of the best companies to benefit from the Virus and surely the Markets will show that as soon as Ocado's lines open again.

I am also invested in Barrick Gold and that too seems largely to be avoiding this storm but the same cannot be said for the gold price. Strange !

Looks as though the market is betting that Ocado will overcome its current supply/contact difficulty and exponentially expand its fleets and staff very soon. The potential demand must be huge and converting quickly into the next generation of home delivery converts. Probably the only industry apart from the medical industry which stands to benefit and will not be closing.

Yes he is greedy blighter and so are his remuneration directors who scratch each others backs across all their company chairs. But that s free enterprise. Paying more for the share value - oh dear, the Devils work is never done and no wonder the shares are now diving

ASOS is an internet conundrum. JD Williams advertises. People buy ASOS stuff but I cannot recall seeing any advertising. Are they not doomed ?

I accept not the right comment to make on Lithium site but perhaps car and battery manufacturers are being cautious having factored in not only the likely probability (or improbability) of tens of thousands more of gas guzzling or nuclear power stations across the globe plus the cost effective development of other forms of electric vehicle power bringing production costs to a level more affordable by the working man.

Looks like they were wrong footed on Friday and are now manipulating down their losses. They are probably reasonably happy with todays clawback. The bond scenario is a good price omen for the longer term and I do expect a gain on today over the rest of the week. Have just bought more.

Like Dyson, Kongats is imaginative and clearly knows that manufacturing ones own products in Asia makes good business sense. It facilitates competitive pricing and profits and if they have a world beater on the launch pad then who knows what will then result. The necessary capital will definitely be forthcoming.
