A minor issue and the price will be back on track in the next day or two. This infringement claim is relatively trivial and appears to boil down to a minor component ie the flat pancake electric motor to be found in most automated distribution vehicles. If there is any breach, it is primarily by Printed Motor Works "PMW"(operating since 1963) but so happens that Ocado (and many others) are or have installed these motors may be equally liable only if mens rea can be established. If Ocado is not aware of a breach when contracting PMW then they have a huge defence and even if somehow deemed culpable (improbable), they would then themselves have a counter claim against PMW for any legal costs and resultant business costs.
