Great news, yes, though we knew what the outcome would be and it needs to be followed up with solid progress on MSC and Morocco. LONO contracts signed would be one big sigh of relief (despite being no guarantee), but a commercial contract with Morocco would be transformational after all these years. Let's get it done BOD.

UTAH project update: Following completion of an extensive programme of testing on the Greenfield oil sample at our Research Facility, the ability to produce commercial MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuels from the sample of heavy sweet oil provided has been confirmed.

Simulations of storage and handling of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ produced were also completed during the programme which indicate that commercial production of both fuels would be possible in Utah for potential power and marine end-user applications domestically and internationally.

While I agree that the short-term, pre-commercialisation share price isn't of great significance, it is always helps to ease into Monday with a nice healthy bounce. Have a great week all and look forward to seeing what the next couple of weeks brings. Exciting times!

I have never looked to trade this and have only ever added to my holding when it's bombed out on sentiment over a number of years, so am sat on chunky holding of sub 4p shares with little profit to show, but it feels like we finally have a winning formula. An RNS proving the efficiencies of the (latest) product which we haven't really had since the Maersk results, a willing ESG narrative as a backdrop, and three major goals to stick the (bio?)MSAR-ball in the back of the net. Clearly there is still a vast amount of work to do, but if ever I was going to trade all my top-ups for one chunky buy and throw my chips on the table (if I had that luxury), I think this would be the moment. Let's see your hand MK and JM... is it Emile Heskey or Lionel Messi?

Hugely positive news and might just be the puzzle piece that gets the kind of newsflow we have been expecting going. Results beating expectations? Didn't sound like QFI to me but absolutely delighted!

It would be odd to have highlighted that the resignation won't affect project timelines if that were to happen...

Quadrise, the supplier of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ emulsion technology and fuels, low-cost, cleaner alternatives to heavy fuel oil and biofuels, announces that Mark Whittle, Chief Operating Officer, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Whittle has agreed to continue working with the Company to ensure a managed handover, his contractual termination date is 15 October 2021 unless otherwise mutually agreed.



Mike Kirk, Executive Chairman, and Jason Miles, Chief Executive Officer, will continue to lead the management of the Company. The Company considers that its existing resourcing will enable the Group to continue to advance its portfolio of project opportunities in line with their current schedules in the short term. It will, however, commence the search for a replacement imminently.



Further announcements will be made, as appropriate.



Mike Kirk, Chairman of Quadrise, said:



"We thank Mark for the key role he has played in the development of Quadrise and wish him well in his new role. Jason and I will continue to lead the business to ensure that we deliver the projects as planned. We do not expect any changes to our project timetables as a result of Mark's departure."

Anyone got any strong views on where the next updates are coming from? Noting 46Gs timeline, I'd hope to have news on the the Utah samples in the next 4 weeks as well as prospectively some sort of update on Morocco, bioMSAR and if being optimistic something (anything) on MSC. Good to see the share price has stabilised and hopefully now a solid base from which to make some progress. GLA (and I continue to enjoy the silence of the crying baby and his piggy companion, though I don't know which is crying / squealing and couldn't care less!)

InstantExpert, thank you. There are some people's lives that are so depressing they make you feel comparatively good about about the difficult days and put everything in perspective. Knowing this is your kick makes me realise everything is OK. You don't get enough credit for the unsung hero you are.
