I've thought over both scenarios. Their credibility in making the correct decision in law must override any attempt to influence a decision based on politics. Otherwise they would lose so much more. They have got to be seen as independent. So I'm content that we will eventually win this case and get compensation.

The tribunal exceeded its power by making claims that should not have been made based upon the evidence. Using struck out material (Noor's statement for instance) should not have happened so they took their powers to a new level. Making their own legal rules up basically.

I hope CC have done a job on Noor. Found out where his private jet has come from. I bet there is a story behind him that could blow this case wide open.

If they tie the annulment to having a further £10mn in funding is bad form. We are saying they got it wrong and part of saying that is saying the award of costs is also wrong. We shouldn't be penalised for their mistake.

I didn't say they couldn't get an extension but we can't just stay suspended forever. There are rules. I want to be able to buy and not sell. I'm not bothered about the drop I'm looking forward to it.

The share gets delisted from AIM at the 6 month suspension point. That's the only flaw in the plan cheekypunter. You have to have special dispensation to remain suspended post 6 months.

I don't really think anyone expects this not to be annulled so selling is a risk as the truth / information being presented is detail we (the market) have never seen. I can wait for the verdict.

Anything is possible jamesss. The market is unforgiving. Your stopless could well be by-passed and sold at the bottom if it isn't guaranteed. Based on the confidence I have on annulment I will be buying at any silly prices.

They are going to tell us about lifting the suspension when they find out if the ad hoc committee being formed to consider the annulment will also hold off the demand for £9mn. If they will grant this we will come out of suspension.
