I think a fair opening offer in an OOC settlement needs to be at least 300p. Anything less is an insult. This would be rejected and then a more favourable figure offered. As a previous OOC settlement has been rejected it needs to be higher obviously.

Unless DQ thinks there has been some rigged selling near the time of the Award. If there were shorters in the know then we should keep suspended until we are annulled and burn them.

I do. I own 280k shares but that doesn't mean if the price drops enough I won't see the risk reward sufficiently in favour of buying more. I've read all the documents and can't see how we shouldn't eventually win and get paid out.

The question is why is DQ concerned about coming out of suspension? Of course we will drop but it won't affect the annulment unless our further funding chances alter or are perceived different. If it is linked to sp. But I want to buy not sell so let's get the suspension lifted DQ.

And just to add to my comment to maestro earlier regarding stay of costs, if ROI challenge the provisional stay of costs and lose I see that as a huge positive. The stay of costs will be based upon the unfairness of the award and if stayed until the unnullment result would give me a warm feeling about the likelihood of winning.

Agreed it's scope is annulment yes/no only.

The ad hoc committee alone decide on the annulment document v the award.

Then it's how much brinksmanship they want to display. We clearly want the whole $1.3bn with the threat of $2bn being the upside based upon new information.
