I would expect the ad hoc committee to have to answer every one of the 17 points CC have raised. I just can't see how this isn't going to be annulled and for us to be back in business.

If you look at it in a different way, how many cases were annulled after the arbitration panel made so many errors (17 in total). 100%? So you have to look at every case and the strength of the case for annulment before you can assess our chances.

ROI wouldn't want that because we could introduce new evidence and get Noor on the stand etc. They would settle or if we disagree on settlement have to go to merits.

ROI will have expected this Annulment response and any good legal team shouldn't really be surprised if they are worth their salt. We are in the process and we should be in the driving seat for a positive annulment. The strength of the argument needs to be countered by ROI. This might be an early offer. It's all up to them in the short term.
