Plus what happens to the company if it comes out of suspension at 6 months? The answer is nothing at all. It is already valued lower for fund raising means. The 6 month rule was put in place for exactly the reason to stop over-powered Directors from freezing shareholders finances.

Then what you are saying is the 6 month rule doesn't apply. If I was short 100 grand CHL I would sue AIM and the company on 7th June.

I'm not going to sue anyone. I never said I was, Maestro introduced that notion. I just want us trading again and if I can request that from AIM I will. The only people a drop will affect are leveraged traders. I own outright every share. The company hasn't the right to stay suspended indefinitely.

Maestro, the company doesn't decide the rules I'm afraid. An extension can be granted but also refused. What are you frightened of? A drop doesn't affect anything.

To add, the only reason we don't want to trade is to look like a valuable company for raising further funds. Most funders will know what to expect after trading resumes so will factor any drop into the offer.

No I don't want to sue CHL. I didn't say that. I want the share trading again. So I can apply to AIM for that to happen. Churchill can't write their own rules regarding the 6 month suspension maximum term.

The only good news is OOC settlement or annullment that could possibly get us higher than where we were on suspension day. Annulment will take a long time I think and we should be out is suspension sooner than that. The AIM rules are there for a reason. Imagine if you'd opened a large short on CHL you'd be begging AIM to force lifting the suspension.

Anyone who thinks the sell button will work when this comes out of suspension is mistaken. It will of course at the bottom where I will gladly take them off your hands.

You mean come come out of suspension. Relishing is a different beast altogether. AIM rules say 6 months without extensions to the suspension. So 6th June without extensions. I actually don't see a reason not to trade in stock as I would welcome buying at s lower price. I may write to AIM or CHL's nomad demanding they do come out of suspension or I'll take legal action. All my stock is paid for in full so I see it as an opportunity.

Exactly Maestro. Without Noors evidence they hadn't a chance which is why I bought in without much fear. This whole case is a mockery of justice. Imagine anyone with struck out evidence citing our case. It's laughable really.

Maestro, this result WILL BECOME case law and be used by others to wriggle out of claims so it has to be annulled or the future is a stick wicket for ICSID!

So our compelling annulment means nothing Fregatr? It's like being 1:0 up in a football match at the end and after the referee blows his whistle he says you've lost. I say we will get annulment and go on to OOC settlement.
