Request for Continuence is the result of the annulment application though.

I would use the written word to understand if NEX are isable rather than the spoken word. I find in life people who think they are telling you a fact are usually wrong.

I don't agree. In the paragraph above they define "completion of the annulment proceedings" as "Request for Continuence" then in the next paragraph they state "until it reaches its final decision on the Request for Continuance, the provisional stay of enforcement of the award shall remain in place." Seems clear to me that it is stayed until the annulment result. We should come out of suspension then.

So we got what we wanted. Until the annulment decision is made we have stay of costs.

It's all tactical. Now as we've discussed previously, if we get the stay of award I think it bodes well for the annulment.

Maestro. You and I are aligned. We will be taken over once annulment granted. It's at what price which is the question and is dependent on the Boards staying power and tenacity/energy levels. If they feel aggrieved too much they may go for the whole $2bn.

I bought from 14p 4 years ago all the way down to 1.1p where I hammered it all the way back to 7p. It just goes to show if you buy a decent stake at a low price in a good prospect and hold on then you can reap massive rewards.

Yes I would check with them to satisfy yourself that your tax exempt status is still intact. I have the emails as evidence.

Jamess, just got another TD corporate action. Check it out. I think it confirms what they said in my mail from them but it isn't that clear. It says that "NEX is an exchange we support".
