I too would like to declare that £4 would do me.

In these percentages you assume that all the annulment cases are equal. If yours is so much more compelling than the average that must leave a higher chance. And ours IS compelling!! Lol.

This could be decided upon very quickly but to show due care to ROI and decision on annulment delayed.

But one is US and based upon other US arbitration cases being supported by the US government then that will aid is imo.

Another way of looking at is would the original ICSID panel have come to the same conclusion/ award if they already had the 17 annulment points from CC? If the answer is no then we have won the annulment. If the answer is yes then the system is broken. As the system can't perform if it is obviously being dangerously disregarded by arbiters then I think we will be ok. That is my common sense reasoning obviously lol.

You have either got to have an annulment process with the reasons for annulment stated, or not. This isn't a free for all litigation service. Arbitrators make mistakes. They answer for them by people contesting through the annulment process. Sperac, instead of pointing us to the other examples where you say travesties have been allowed by ad hoc committees why don't you pick your best example of it and post rhyme and reason on here. It's called proving your point. Just by stating it you haven't proven anything.

But it is not entirely up to the company!!! Whether crazy or not! The AIM rules are there to protect investors from having their cash frozen indefinitely. I couldn't give a jot about a drop, that won't alter the end game but I'd love to buy a load more at the bottom of the drop.

But they must also look at the requests of those wanting to trade again. It's not a one sided guarantee.
