This includes 2 new client wins last week. Let's hope CAG can help turn around Porta too with help to find more investors to replace Ruffers.

I figure Ruffers have cleared close to 375k shares over last 2 days. I expect an RNS any time soon if it is them responsible for the majority of sells here. I think Adastra could be right about Feb trading statement. I would certainly delay it if a big seller is about. The issue for me is I don't see Bob Morton buying out Ruffers. Would he really buy out Ruffers 11M shares for close to 0.8M? Probably not. The directors may wait till Ruffers are done and buy in at a bargain price. Unless another II buy out Ruffers? The truth is their shares may have to be soaked up by the market. Still seems to be a trade off of shares here so things don't look too bad but we are heading to 6p again.

RNS. Grant Thornton have been made auditors. Statement from previous auditors that there are no unusual circa relating to this. GT were Globo's auditor's. Ho hum.

If most of these sells are Ruffers were only 300-400k short of an RNS here for 11M mark. Most of the recent trades seem arranged with buyers in place to buy up sold stock. Should hopefully get a trading statement closer to end of January. Christmas seems a quiet period for PR companies. Apart from Ruffers pretty much no one is trading here. If an II really wanted to buy in here I am pretty sure Ruffers would of sold by now.

On 18th they released a 44 page documents. It seems to show there is little or no money in the Globo bank accounts. The money may be in the subsidiary companies. I think most of these are now in administration. Overall debt seems to be way more than any actual assets. Not looking good.

One telling sign Ruffers may still be selling is that Porta's investors page still shows them at 5.45%. Last updated October 13th. Another reason why we have had no update. Management like letting the share drift so they can buy shares cheaply. I bet BM would snap up 5-6M shares at the right price if Ruffers offered. Not sure he has 400-500k to do that? See what happens. Maybe they are just adjusting stock levels.

I would expect this yoyo trade pattern to continue as long as Ruffers are selling. (If it is Ruffers expect an RNS when they teach next % mark.) Hopefully another ii is moping up the stock. Even at 7p this stock Is 3p below broker price. Anything under 7p seems a bargain. Unless Ruffers don't care what price they sell at.

If the company release no trading statement for last 20 weeks I think it means not much has changed. It shows Porta is getting on with things and not releasing trading data for the sake of it. Companies that release too many updates are normally doing badly. Globo was a good example of this. The FTSE in last 10 days has lost almost 10%. Even with Ruffers and the FTSE sell off there has been some strong demand for Porta's shares at 7.2-7.6p. Porta is not really affected by commodity fluctuations. If anything it makes them money from PR. Even today there were small buys on ISDX. As the cost savings are absorbed it can only strengthen Porta's bottom line here. The directors will no doubt top up again once Ruffers has finished. They could well be holding back the SP again. I really don't think Ruffers will sell below 7p anyway. We also have to watch as these companies bed in how well the cross selling goes and the company as a whole integrates to out perform the market. Should be exciting for 2016. Lots of promise here.

Porta could be seen as a safe share for now. You only have to look at oil stocks to see the shares tumbling. Supermarket shares falling too. There is a myriad of falling stocks out there. Yet Porta remains well below it's broker's value here. This might explain the last few positive days of trades here. Last trade on ISDX was a buy at 7.64p.

No trading statement for November. Maybe they will skip it completely. They are only really required to make a statement if anything has really changed. Looks to be 2 90k sells on ISDX today. Not clear why they have marked share up today.

It's Ruffers selling stock. Could be a delayed large sell or just the small sells. I think management will mop up some stock. Could fall to 6p.

Quiet day on LSE today. To be expected with Ruffers pausing for breath. There was a 100k buy on ISDX. One sell of 25k too. All the trades on Friday were pretty much buys too. Take a while to soak up Ruffers stock here.

Excellent example of why Steffan can take this company forward and bring in major clients. Glencores market cap is almost 14bn. Another big client onto Newsgate's books. I think they will target more big firms here on in. Hoping for a TS in next 3 day. I really doubt much has changed. Cash generation should be quite impressive this year.

Large 447,946 sell. This explains why the share is down today. Could be Ruffers again? They are still 1.5-2M from next RNS point. This trade has no reflection on any actual news.
