Who knows what stock they have left. The positive is someone else appears to be soaking up a lot of this stock quote cheaply. All seems to be arranged. HH will offset the loss for tax purposes. Looks like they have cleared nearly 1.5m stock in just over a week.

Bigger trades coming in now. 500k over 2 trades. Over 1M trades in the week. So that is 1M less they have to sell.

Another sign that most of the trades yesterday were mainly by large players gradually shift stock from HH to other investors. I wonder if we will see a lot of announcements after 7th April. Why announce a new II or clearence of HH stock before then?

In a way no office in Belguim could be a blessing in disguise with all the problems in Brussels at present. You could also argue that firms in Belguim need PR advice more now than ever? Double edged sword as any attack on Porta's office would of been a disaster. .One thought a friend of mine has is that Porta will wait till the renumerations are voted in then perhaps announce acquisitions. They'll want to be seen to be improving value. If they do something major before the vote people may vote against this. (Although Bob's 15% will swing the vote.) Typical PR stuff. Create a small drama and then come out with acquisitions that could change Porta and bring value to shareholders. Then pile in with directors buys too to breach gap to 10p. At present I think they need to get on and clear HH position if it is them selling. As for new II getting involved. Yes we really need some new backers. I just hope these planned buys and sells are the start of a new II coming in. See what tomorrow brings.

The more I look at this the more it all seems planned. The price seemed to be held back on Monday. Price eventually dropped on Tuesday due to ISDX. Price has dropped today due to 500k volume. At which point almost 230k shares were bnought. There seems to be key interest around the 6p. I think we would all like to truly know how many shares are being put aside here as these kinds of trades should of dropped the SP much lower. The MM clearly know what is going on.

Albeit that 150k trade appears as a buy i think it was actually a sell. As the price drops 20-30 seconds after that trade. 250lk sells a day and HH will be done pretty quickly here. They don't seem worried about price now. This share really needs a new II soon.

Well Easter is nearly upon us. So unless they plan to announce an acquisition tomorrow I don't think there will be much news until April. Patience is the key. 500k of shares were sold in last 2 day. If all 350k was HH that is 1/35th(?) of their stock. We have no evidence to date their VCT has sold any stock. I believe it is held with private clients and Maborough fund at present. The VCT only holds 6-7M between the 2 of them. Leaving 5-6M elsewhere. It's all guess work really untill the VCT publish their accounts. (Months off.)

Not suprised this has dropped a bit. Over 350k sold in 2 days on LSE. Just noticed a 145k sell on ISDX today too. That explains the 7.5% drop. Albeit the price has recovered slightly. I still believe HH is still selling here or small investors are getting nervous. Unclear which. ISDX is likely small investors.

Tried a buy trade and it came in at exactly 7p. Yet 3-4 trades and the price has crept up on all of them from 6.5p-6.65p. Are they all sells?

It is also possible HH stopped at 5.58%. Then someone else started selling stock.

Could this be who Bob Morton bought out in 2015 when he bought 6.3M shares?? Would be about 40-50k below this transaction cost? Interestingly the fund is linked to Hargreaves Hale. So when Porta updated HH percentage drop of 4% in their company in January 2016 maybe the Porta website was slow to update on their website? We know HH had around 25-27M shares. 4% of Porta's shares would be 11M shares. Add up the recent sells and that large 6M sell we assumed was an ex director and you can make some interesting assumptions. It's no wonder Porta's share has struggled over last year or so. One reason we get no RNS from HH is that all the funds are stored in various funds that HH is a part of. I bet none of them hold more than 3% of Porta's shares. Thoughts???

Thank you for your comments Adastra. You are spot on (Not just about me. ) Sure things have not gone as planned here but I believe the company has evolved from a start up company to one that is now growing and pushing towards making a profit. To start a company from scratch is never easy. I hope you are right about HH. I think HH have underestimated this share and were currently selling against the market. Been 211k shares traded on ISDX today. One 100k buy. Others mix of buys and sells. I do think we could push to 7p here if buyers return on positive news feed.

The BOD will now have details for first 3 months of 2016 and this package seems to be an indicator of this. Especially for DW who many thought would not be staying on for many more months let alone years. The 3 year plan includes him. It also shows SW will play a big role in Porta for next 3 years. This update also gave the GM date of April 6th. That will mean a TU too on that date? Or is this different to an AGM? My gut is another announcement will be made on this day. Acquisition/Merger?? Why hold a GM for a bonus scheme? is this normal? No doubt an RNS will be announced to show result of vote. I also think this has been timed well too. They left it till HH was well into selling what stock it has left. The last week has seen very few large trades in terms of sells. It could mean HH are close to finishing their selling here or are taking a break. I also still believe they will time the acquisitions before the results so to allow directors to buy in at the end of May. PR firms are great at timing stuff. They may also use 6th to announce a new II? Did anyone reaad the rather sarcastic comment in the Evening Standard today about the share scheme? Suggesting that Porta timed it on budget day and the comment about the share price being down 50-60% compared to 2 years ago? Least Porta got some column inches here. I think df1976 needs to relax. Yes we know he is sitting on a loss like many others. This is not Adastra's fault. I think Adastra is doing no harm here. His commentary is good. I certainly enjoy reading some positive comments on this share. I also believe the Sp is depressed due to II selling rather than poor performance of the company.

2 RNS which neither really affected the company. I think most knew about Alenby. 2 small buys on LSE. Nearly 164k sold on ISDX. Hence why were at 6-6.75p now. Still not quite breaking free here. Unless HH have stocks sold by ISDX now?? Probably private investors bailing. I still don't get why they would want to at this price. Probably won't get much more news this month. See what Monday brings. The II seem to be taking a rest here.

RNS is out regarding Bob Morton old company. Hopefully Hawks holding company have the money to pay the creditors.

Not so crazy for HH. They indicated it was one of the worst performers their portfolio. They want a quick return on their investments and they gave Porta 2-3 years with no real return.The market recently has made a lot of shares cheap to invest in. HH was probably keen to snap up some of these bargains for quick returns. Look at Glencore?? Has doubled in value. Not sure if they bought shares in Glencore. Just an example. My view is the directors are happy for them to drip feed shares for now while they arrange these acquisitions and the 2015 results come out. At which point the directors will use the low Share prices to fill their boots. They will also have a good idea of 2016 performance for first 5 months. I think they have played this perfectly. They will probably also announce a new II in due course too maybe before the results. Someone else is building a position here. Last few months have showed that. See what happens.

HH will be down to 4% or less now If they are the seller. Too small a holding for an ii. As for the exec vacancy this was to fill post for someone who announced they were moving to another firm. Story was on Gorkana. I assume it is the same role.

If an ii is buying in here my guess is they are having to sell another stock to buy porta shares. Hence this gradual process here. Same would be true for HH. Notice that 100 trade again today. They are back at it. Probably start again today or tomorrow.
