Labour supply market is absolutely huge. It's circa 80% of HERC's revenue. Note they said this part of business is thriving!!

They currently have 1,000 recruited out with 7,000 on their books with a labour supply shortfall of 250,000 skilled in construction over next 5 years in the UK. The market is there for this company to rapidly grow in to....
