Both phosphate and potash prices remain elevated (especially phosphate). Nitrogen has followed gas lower, however as we don't produce Nitrogen it's not really significant. Plus nitrogen is an add on to phosphate and potash application. Not an either/or.

Yes it's a separate project but it's all part of the same outfit. Infact there's talk of them blending the Elandsfontein and Honda product to get a superior grade for the international market. I do wonder if this is the motivation to get Hinda moving asap as article suggests

Crowfoot - my point was I can't see ARC pouring more money into another KROPZ project unless they have it in good authority that issues are Elandsfontein are resolved!! Reading between the lines, Elandsfontein must be on the road to fill production for them to move on to another phosphate project through the same vehicle.ie KROPZ PLC.

If we get an RNS confirming this $600m funding commitment from ARC it's all bets off about where this goes!

The convertible facility from earlier in 2022 is at 9.5p and is only £8m

So in short, for ARC to get their investment/ money back they need this back into the teens.

If ARC convert that £24m loan at 4.58p that would take the market cap to circa £65m. That's stil unbelievably cheap for a company with a mine that has potential to gross over $300m annually. Scope for upside here is significant!

Peking, ARC can covert that facility at circa 4.6p which will mean increasing their shareholding to more than you've suggested. This would be preferable as clears a chunk of debt and rewards ARC with project upside

Looks like a delayed reaction to RNS. Unless you monitor this company and know the history you perhaps wouldn't know how major that jump in production is for one month! Would suggest major progress

That's a very interesting article re the Hinda project. I wonder if ARC are going to be the main financiers? It would also point to significant progress at Elandsfontein if ARC are looking to spread their wings into another phosphate project.... reading between the lines this is extremely bullish for KROPZ
