They pay the EPL only on tailwind production. Probably for the next 3 years
Not you again!!!!!
Did they dilute when they bought Sasa?
No they won't
Dangerous game with China stimulus package looming.
Capex heavily weighted H1. Hence cash draw.
Nice interview with TRU on Proactive Canada.
Not sure what Death's motivation is on here but I disagree with their narrative. I also think there's another piece to this jigsaw yet to be announced. Let's see....
Surely as part of rto orm shareholders will get 35% of the enlarged Tru group....
That's what's happened in previous RTOs I've been involved in...
Why are you bothered?
Good point. Come on David.....
We have some upside again all of a sudden. Wouldn't expect relisting this year but by time they'll have opened up these assets significantly. Looks right place/ time for gold and copper investment
Looks decent, still plenty of cash left....wonder if Aberdeen Minerals come with us?
In 2021 they averaged a sale price of Au$57 pre Ukraine invasion and the resulting fertilizer market turmoil.
I'd suggest this is the baseline for 2023.
So 120k at $57 is $6.8m. plus to $2m carried over and you have revenue same as 2022.....
Big incentive going forward....and expect more of this from the government

Did your friend but the product ?
Yes I remember this. It's funny that we are discussing which year $2m will be accounted for in a business worth less than £6m.
The 33k was invoiced in 2022.
So....
Fertilizer demand expected to improve, but given the uncertain market conditions, revised 2023 invoiced sales target from 200,000 tonnes to 120,000 tonnes.
So we should see income from 33k plus hopefully circa 120t. So in effect there's already 60kt invoiced and payed going into 2023 accounts. That's half the amount for 2022 and we're moving into the peek season.
Annual turnover should have been $10.7m with that 33k so that's a nice roll over for 2023 accounts
1m buy through at 3p....
