What a load of cobblers. The post office was privatised 5 years ago at which time a first class stamp was around 60p. There hasn't been two deliveries a day for decades.

Enoch Powell did not get run out of Parliament. Heath kicked him out of the shadow cabinet. He remained a member of the Tories. At the two elections in 1974 he urged the electorate to vote Labour. By the time of the second election he had joined the Ulster Unionists for whom he was an MP until 1987.

I have no idea what you are talking about. There are currently around 2 billion shares.

Imo anyone who thinks it's is getting back to 10p in the foreseeable future is deluded. The fact that it has been there in the past means nothing. For a start there are now far more shares now than then. Even in 2015 when it was from memory 1 to 2 p there were only a third the number of shares. I would be delighted to see 1p as my average is 0.84 but I am not holding my breath. Of course, I would be delighted to be proved wrong.

I calculate the placing is an 11.5 % dilution. Not too bad.

You seem to be putting the Sun (biggest circulation of the lot) in the wrong camp. They could hardly be more pro Brexit if they tried. In terms of circulation it must be about five to one in favour of Brexit.
