If all the outcomes are good then this will be more or less reflected in the sp. There is zero chance of 100% of Cambay. Why would we finish up with a reduced stake? If we did, how would it help us to finally progress. Surely it would be more difficult. Not sure what is meant by a neutral agreement and how it would give a boost. Can't imagine why we would get a third of the shares given that gspc have already deposited what they owe. As for a decent uplift. I can't visualise any outcome of the talks that would raise it to much more than say 0.4. Before anyone accuses me of deramping. Why would I when I have a decent holding. Just trying to be realistic.

What does anyone think the best and worst outcome of the talks will be ? I would have thought the best would be that Oilex get all of the money they claim they are owed plus the ongoing payments from what has already been deposited. The worst would be a reduced proportion of this. Either way it's hard to see much short term upside. That may change if/when drilling starts.

Why would we end up with a much bigger slice of Cambay when GSPC have already deposited what they owe us ? I believe the exact amount is in dispute so I would have thought the best we could hope for us to finish up with most of the dosh. The previous highs were when we had a chance of getting all of Cambay. I would, if course, love to be proved wrong.

Just done a dummy sell to check the price. 0.27ish to sell, so I am showing a loss on my last top up at 0.285 with an average of 0.57. Whilst I am hopeful of getting my money back long term, it's hard to imagine any outcome of the talks/arb that will give a rise to more than say 0.4 short term.

I'd like to think you're right but they have already deposited with the court what they owe Oilex. As for whoever put up the money wanting it back quickly, that's possible, but the amount is peanuts compared to their other debts. My guess is what they are disputing is exactly how much they ultimately pay.
