The meaning of that word is lacking in frankness or sincerity. So how does my question fit that particular bill? I am as anxious as any one for this share to do well but posting unsubstantiated statements as fact is not helpful.

It could be very good with a decent rise from here, it could be that this week's rise is already pricing in whatever is in the deal. It could be that the deal won't be as good as some think and the rns, whenever it comes, will see a fall. Nobody knows, so let's just wait and see.
