Adams. At last a note of sanity. There seem to be so many on here who assume (or at least say they do) that whatever the outcome of talks there will be a massive rerate. You don't need to do any detailed analysis to see that logically this makes no sense. If we take the two extremes between the worst and best outcomes of the talks the current sp should be between the two possibilities. Therefore, although it is possible the news could give us a decent increase it is also possible that in a worse case scenario we could get a fall. Obviously hoping for the former, but the point is nobody knows.

That amount of money won't have the slightest impact on the sp.

First bought 4 years ago at 2.5. Averaged down 4 times, the last time a few weeks ago at 0.285. My average is now 0.56. If I can get my money back I should sensibly sell but I expect greed will get the better of me

Of course I care. I have quite a decent holding. In the absence of news there is zero chance of it reaching 0.9 in the near future. It didn't even reach that when it looked like gspc wouldn't deposit the money on time. If really good news dropped it might reach that.
