Yes, that is pretty rude. I am 70 years old and what I said was pretty tongue in cheek (hence the Lol). I have an average of 0.56 and if I could get my money back or show a profit in the next couple of years I would be happy. The shares I have now I have held for years and I do go out enjoying myself and I certainly don't spend my time worrying about the stock market.

Thanks Chesh. You are right It was ruled that GSPC pay their share of future costs,. In fact Oilex recently received a payment. Future payments would include drilling, if and when it happened. If GSPC retain a majority holding it could drag on a bit. You'd think it would suit both sides to get things moving.

seem to be a lot if assumptions on here. We have not received any money for drilling or anything else. Gspc were required to deposit money with the court as part of the judgement. We won't receive anything until a settlement is agreed. Whilst it would be great to get more of Cambay there is no guarantee of that happening. If it was that clear cut surely the judge would have ruled that Oex should get a further chunk. Align's best case of 0.9 us based on a farm out and a reduction to 30 %. I expect I will be accused of being negative. What I am trying to be is realistic. I have an average of 0.56 and would be delighted to reach that 0.9 this year. That doesn't of course mean that it can't go higher longer term. As always I would be pleased to be proved wrong on any if this.

I don't think there was any question of avoiding the court route. That part of this saga is done and dusted. The court decided that this should be settled by arbitration. Both sides are bound by the ruling of the arbitration. Presumably, that doesn't prevent both sides talking and coming to an agreement outside the arbitration process.

BB. The rns of 19/11 clearly states that the court ruled that in addition to depositing the money by the required date gspc must commence arbitration by 1st December. This was a condition if stopping the implementation of the Eod.

Surely we have already dragged them through the courts and the ruling was that the dispute go to arbitration which would be binding on both sides.
