Chesh. The amount of money owed to Oilex is petty cash compared to the total debts of gspc. Even if they were to offer a % of Cambay in lieu of the cash, given the value of Cambay often mentioned on here, it would be a pretty small %. Anyway a bank guarantee is just that, a guarantee, it is irrelevant to Oilex how or whether gspc can repay the bank.

Hopefully, it will rise on news that we have got all or most of the deposited money and there is a clear program of drilling. As always I will be glad to be proved wrong.

I don't know if I am missing something but all this talk of should have stayed in court and we want 100% etc baffles me. Was there ever an option to remain in court? Surely the court ruled that gspc deposit the money and go to arbitration. If it was that clear cut that gspc hand over Cambay or even % surely the court would have ruled that or if it was an option to fight on in court Oilex would have done that ? .
