They are reversing an existing company into the shell. That will include all of the staff as well.

Obviously there will be a placing to fund it as with all reverse takeovers. They will become a well funded company in the AI space. Very exciting times for shareholders and probably very profitable too. AI will be the next stock boom.

Hopefully someone who intends to hold on to the stock for a while.
