Last stock I highlighted here almost doubled in price. I've had two more since then also. I won't be highlighting anymore on here though that's for sure.

From a profit making company that paid a decent divi to this pile of crap. What changed over the last couple of years? Did COVID take an irremediable toll? I see no way to save it now. Should just place a DNR note on it and be done.

It's going to happen for sure. The only question is at what price. That's the gamble.

Announcement said creditors, plural so I doubt it's Zeus who will get paid from funds raised at the RTO. They can raise cash at whatever price they like. Its not about the price for them it's about the value of the company that comes in and how much cash they can raise on the back of it. The price that they raise at only matters to existing shareholders.

News says "creditors" plural. Not sure how many they have but I doubt it's more than a handful. Got to be at least 50k paid off by stock.

I disagree. They would have to have a decent argument to convince a creditor to take stock instead of cash. That argument would also be good enough for most other creditors imho. I don't see them bothering for 26k. Also I don't think they would use the current SP as a bench mark as it's too volatile. More likely the expected placing price which should be known by now. 3p minimum imho

They only had 140k creditors. So say it was the full amount they paid off that would be 8.4p a share that they are valuing it at. If they paid off just 80k then that would be 4.8p a share, 50k then 3p. Any less than that then it wouldn't be worth the effort they might of well just paid the cash.

Quality directors so it would seem obvious from recent events that they have something lined up. No need to announce it though until it's all in place. I don't think it's Allwyn but maybe connected in some way, though probably not. If no news before suspension then I expect the sp to drop as folk lose their nerve. Might get a couple more spikes before then though. Possible bagger on news so well worth a punt imho. I actually topped up today and will probably get more if it drops just before suspension.

I've got my core holding as I believe there's little chance of losing money at 2p and maybe I will make a bundle, 10 bags maybe. They might make an announcement tomorrow or they might not complete whatever they're in to until after suspension in which case some will bail out as the date nears, unless there's a bit of a news leak. It's a hold for me and I will probably get more if it drops 20 percent fro here.

I don't see 0.2p as it's a cash shell now waiting for a RTO. Got to be worth £500k minimum just for the listing so could drop back to 1p at worst. Especially the nearer we get to suspension. Definitely something in the pipeline, probably technology related going on previous form.

The key here is the pedigree of the directors.

Not Allwyn but I think they have a target or else why the desperation to get a listing? They may have just taken their time. Perhaps it is in some way connected to the lottery indirectly. A service that they need perhaps? Though Craven is out of Allwyn he still has contracts there.

Allwyn would not go for a listing on AIM, it would be the main market. Craven no longer works for Allwyn anyway.

I'm in from 0.7p and holding as I expect whichever company is reversed into here to be an interesting one. However it won't be the national lottery so no point posting lies implying that it will. Craven has left Allwyn to pursue a new venture which is whatever ITS becomes. Those are the facts.
