Strange drop yesterday and apparent recovery today.

Does not make any sense to me!

5 June final results for year 2022.

6 June at 1300 investor presentation.

We should get greater clarity as to progress at the event, one would hope.

Is boredom setting in with the lack of news?

Here's hoping JS is using OUR 10million wisely and has something good to tell us in the near future.

Looks like a trade at .12 now

Over 1m shares traded today, but very little movement again in the share price.
Seems to have become range bound of late - between 4.4p and shy of 5p.
Would be good to get some positive news of progress with product development, sales, how the £10m is actually being used in a productive manner, and what is happening with the proposed consolidation.

Any clue as to what or where the exciting update may be found?

Similar for me - I first bought in Dec 18, added at 16.7 in May 21, and continued to build since.
I like what the company does, but that can sometimes be dangerous as it has the potential to make you a bit blind to any potential downside.
I hope that the time is now right for this company to truly blossom.

Blood Test for bowel cancer was the first item on the BBC lunchtime news today.
CIZ need to get moving with their test - Alan indicating that for the USA market, something like minimum of 6 months will be required for trials, once having the kits ready to go, if I understood what was said.

Hoping for a late rally today, then it would be good to stabilise the price above 4p - will have to wait and see.

Here's hoping the recovery from most recent lows is stronger than the drop has been.

Interesting listen. Seems that there are a number of income earning opportunities that the company are pursuing - just need one or more of them to come to fruition.

Just pointing out that the RNS clearly stated the options were for pumps which would be available within those timeframes - no agenda.
Some were saying at the back end of last year that there could be a JV in place by year end 2022 - anybody that has been here for a while knows full well how long things take to complete for this jurisdiction.

Whilst positive that a decision has been made, everything is just so very S L O W .
90 days or 8 months - just to get the kit in place and see how well it works.
Ah well, we must hope that at some point a working solution will start to produce the goods.

Really making some headway now - let's hope it is sustained and improved upon.
I have been here since PSL - then BOU - now CIZ, hope to recoup some of the immense losses, using recent purchases.

A bit of a dip over the last couple of days - maybe just a pause for breath?

John also seemed to talk about using some of the funds to help with the trading cycle - if I understood what he was saying - so maybe an intention to hold larger stocks and pay more quickly. Maybe I misheard?

Got the impression this is 'steady as she goes' - £10.5m seems a lot to me in terms of what is proposed to use the funds for, but hopefully that is the last cash raise for a long time(if ever again). Extra kit and refinements for the proposed superabsorbent product will hopefully bear fruit in the relatively near term.
No great hurry to arrange the share consolidation - will review and consider what would be the 'right' time. Now have institutional investment at 40%-50% of total shares.

So all resolutions passed, as expected.
Valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders represents approximately 58.2 per cent. of the New Ordinary Shares available under the Open Offer.
This is where offering at 5.1p per share meant a balance had to be found between maximising funds receivable and being enticing to shareholders looking for a discount.
This feels like a reasonable outcome, IMHO.
