Bank Funding - looks to me from this interview that their may well be a syndicate of say 3 banks? That would suggest funding north of USD50m, all IMHO.
SD mentioned the asset should be quite appealing to financiers on the basis of its longevity in delivering value.

Looks like they are getting to grips with the ground conditions for the decline - hopefully they should now be through the trickiest part.

Interesting link - is that all of FIFTY dishwasher products in production! ..and a long list of ingredients for most of them.
Nappies comments look to be illustrating just how influential ITX could potentially be in this space. Are there competitors in this space using 'green' components? Even if there are, the marketplace for the ever growing list of uses is huge and therefore so are the prospects for ITX, IMO.

Strong indication - IMHO - is that NCM have been heavily investing in their future prospects, and the numbers are quite big - but as gold and copper prices stand, this should bear fruition quite quickly. Whilst they do not appear to have become over-reached, you can see why some of the NCM shareholders are calling for a pause in investment so that they can reap the rewards of the recent policy.
Logistically, NCM need to convert some of this potential into gold ounces for sale - so it continues to be in their interests to get HAV producing just as quickly as possible.

Surely stellar results are welcome at any time!

I am no lawyer, but it appears to me that the change of ownership clause would be standard in many legal agreements of this magnitude, and not necessarily every single detail would have to be spelled out on an RNS.
In the event that anyone viewed this as being contentious, the time difference from the original agreement to the 'purchase' of 75% will doubtlessly have been considerably longer than the time from NCM owning 75% to the decision to mine.

I think Shaun has previously intimated any future expenditure not met by existing cash resources would be funded by loans, and possible further share dilution (not ruled out entirely).
I would be interested in knowing what the plans are for the Tasmanian assets if no sale or part-sale of these is forthcoming.
When does he anticipate (month/quarter and year) it likely that the decision to mine and final issuance of shares (in respect of the original agreement to buy Havieron) will take place?
