The Board in its entirety are proving to be Professionally Negligent in their capacity as Directors, in that they have repeatedly failed to look after the interest of Shareholders, by not doing all in their power to protect the Share Price, and in not informing shareholders of the up to date situations, on the ground at Itumbula, current status financially, and the funding which was to be sorted soon.

Legal Crime really, but on AIM it is OK, apparently!

For me this is one of the major hurdles to getting future funding in place! The RNS talked about 8320ppm in fluid samples, Lorna talked about 1% in an interview thereafter, and described it as all very encouraging, but there has been no detailed explanation of how they could come out with the “the level of concentration increasing as we drill deeper” statement, and no serious analysis that this is indeed the case.

If there was sufficient evidence of an increasing resource deeper into the basement, then surely we would have had industry majors jumping on us?

Not happened though!

A second point, do we know that they actually cemented the casing to it’s total depth when the drill was so sickly?

It has been Four and a half days since the Announcement that the Iron Roughneck had arrived on site, and they would proceed to build the rig back up to working condition. Can we now assume that delivery is not complete, or do we not have the relevant Plant Fitters on site now. The approach towards the promotion of the business to potential investors is now embarrassing for them as supposedly experienced professional directors, but also for us shareholders who have had a real belief in the helium journey!

Board members, do something positive one way or the other, or get out and let someone with ability move this forward!!!!!!!!

Noble share price being put through the wringer these last few days with no results from the samples yet. Don’t think they will announce anything until after their GM in mid January!

Noticed on Thursday or Friday somewhere that over the last five years the FTSE 100 has gained less than 13% and over the same period, the Dow Jones has risen more than 66%. Says it all about the state of the UK markets, in general. a slowly sinking ship, perhaps?
