First thing they should do is get drilling at Jackson No. 4 which is northwest of State Well 9, and has readings of 4-6% Helium!

If this is proven then it would be like adding another 3 Wells to the existing 7, and transform the early output figures!

I suggested they do this after the final drill in June, but obviously lack of Money was what put the brakes on that idea!

HE1 should be putting out supporting news to the effect that the production target dates are now funded and the 2 companies are fully aligned and ramping up the construction phase (eg. commencing pipe work tie-ins, plant foundations, etc.), and generally keeping the process moving n, in the eyes of the wider market!

If Blue Star trading halt is in any way related to HE1, then expect an RNS this afternoon or after hours, as Blue Star will have to notify the market prior to to ASX opening tomorrow (1am tonight our time), so should be something reveled in the next 12 hours 🤔🤔🤔

News following the Trading Halt RNS will come tonight at 1am at the latest , or sooner, and we might have a clearer picture of Colorado situation moving forward! Lots of potential routes going forward 🤞

Production facility study

The Company has also commenced above-ground engineering studies and, following a detailed review of several companies, has now selected one to produce a preliminary design for a production system that will be suited to the flow rates and gas composition within the Rukwa Basin.

This study has commenced with several processing facility options already being reviewed. These will include a smaller, lower rate pilot plant that would allow for early production as well as larger, modular systems that can be scaled-up. The design work will include helium liquefaction, storage and transportation with the aim of providing a well head to off-taker processing system. This would enable the Company to streamline all downstream and mid-stream activities.

And just to clarify, Punter falsely inferred that I was suggesting “brown envelopes” could be involved! A perfect example of a Bully twisting the facts to suit their own agenda, rather like the one across the Atlantic 😉

Says Punter, the man who told me I was talking nonsense on the possible scenarios on the Galactica project in Colorado, when it all went quiet after the completion of the final drill and they put back the gas production dates!

I said it was possible that HE1 had agreed with Blue Star to hold fire until Rukwa was moved forward, and that would allow inducements, which may be possible to fast track Galactica !

And hey presto, along pops £4.5m to do just that!

Why has it taken McNol to uncover this information, as has often previously been the case where invested folks have found news, when it should be immediately on Insta, X, and News outlets to put it in front of the wider market? They need to sell the case a lot more proactively IMO!

Why would you state you need £4.5m for Galactica to progress project to first Gas in Q4 2025 when it was already stated previously that it was fully funded to achieve that in Q2 2025, without explaining there were over costs and what they were?

Unless you give reasons, then effectively you are attacking the company SP, and that is not what the BOD are employed to do!

Why would you include a figure for the ML cost in the RNS along with the G&A expenses, when they have previously stated that the first 12 months has been paid? Did they pay it out of money allocated to Colorado plant and tie-ins?

Feeling a bit like a spider stuck in a bath full of water heading for the plug hole at the moment!

I have a plan to improve the SP, and it involves removal of 3 members of Board and Management - would put the 20% back on the SP in an instant!

Maybe we should change the name to HS2 ? Rant over!

So firstly Saba Saba day and the Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair - the ML is documented as being deemed active on 4th July, put up on the Cadastre Portal Map on the 10th July, and slap bang in the middle of those 2 dates is 7th July, Saba Saba Day, so not a bad stab at the timeline of the ML appearing!

Secondly, said poster introduced the concept of brown envelopes, when I had only suggest some form of inducement to Blue Star, if the brakes were put on until HE1 were a stronger position to move positively on both Rukwa and Colorado! They are rapidly approaching that scenario!

Finally he scoff at the idea of a HE buyout of Blue Star once Rukwa was moved forward and had appointed partners - this in my opinion is both feasible and a very likely outcome in the future!

Apologies for the rant, but just standing up to a bully!!!
