Today is the anniversary of the completion of the EWT Testing at ITW 1, and the acknowledgement that Artificial Lift would be required to progress the Project!

We had notices out to receive EOI’s for materials, plant and services for ESP works, we knew we needed to raise cash prior to end of June as proven by the lack of ability to advance Galactica into the construction stage after successful drilling, we raised said Cash in early August, and yet a month on , not a Peep! 👀

Certainly not proactive, with a year to have the Plan ready to go, but rather dreadfully reactive at all stages along the way!

Why was Lorna talking about “long lead items” for EST testing when they have known about it for the past year?

Why has the Plumber at least not been hired in Colorado to start the Pipework from the Wells to Plant Site, at least, a relatively inexpensive and straightforward part of the setup to Production?

Their connection with the core Shareholders is embarrassing and unprofessional!

Most likely HE1 Board have been gagged by the 3 II’s, Marex, and likely a Judas in the camp! Bluestar awaiting their General Meeting on 19th September, so unlikely we will get anything from them any earlier!

Not sure many serious prospecting companies would take the risk on the Predator Rig, even with repairs and maintenance guarantees built into a contract, it would be the length of any downtime incidents that might occur, which historically have proved very costly, and also finding a suitable crew, which in effect would be “third party”, unless HE1 offered a full package!
